Not really pumps occur just before or after dilution so the bucket shop can get out. There is no current rights issue, and there appears to be overhang from the last one, so its moribund. Most people expect another rights issue in 12 months or less, at less then 1.75p assuming they can find someone to take it

I think they were but the demands of the board where basically so heavy they cried off. Problably wanted jobs for life, pensions, large salaries, so the acquirer just said no and moved on
