Yeah its dawned on the market that without Sea Lion there will be no development of Bors assets. Navitas have no cash and the British gov just ruled out lending it them or allowing the FIG to do so via a sovereign bond

If it turns out that way, give the Islands back to Argentina and give the islanders who want to come back to the UK a few small boats. Without oil its of no use to us but a huge defence expence.
