Apologies, I meant Neal set the other thread up. As Brut says, this one was abandoned and we decided to put it to use when we were all invested in Bor. It kind of became a little club and after a few months of battering and bruising each other we ended up doing our best to help each other and calling anything we saw. Old school. All misfits in our own ways but of the good sorts I think. LolThanks Brut, I'd hardly say experienced but maybe just a quarter wit on Tuesdays and Fridays haha ;)Join us..

Theaviator and Puprle are experienced invetsors/traders, Neil's thread is solely for BOR talk, this thread is an abandoned thread that is repurposed, you cant tell us what to do, we're not interested and we won't be dictated too, use the other thread. Before purple posted this morning no one had used it for weeks, i like getting info from experienced investors and traders, keep it up lads at the end of the day we're all in it together really and the more eyes and ears the better.

This is an open thread, we use it for tipping, yapping and blathering.

Cheers purps will check them out, did have a look at ADV a week or so ago, will have another look, CMH look interesting as well.

KOD had another big day,

Bought Ethereum, looks like it has a bit more to go, peaky but another decent jump look odds on, risky but it looks to be doing what bitty did at the beginning of the year.

MOS,IRON,and GWMO all yet to take off, KOD's on its way.

The Aviator, Brut Winky and purple 11 ......this is the thread for Borders and Southerns. Can i respectfully suggest that if you guys want to communicate with each other about other stocks then there is a private message service which would definitely suit your needs. Frankly, my fellow investors in Borders and Southerns are really not that interested in your "rampy" conversations about stocks which are totally unrelalted to Borders and Southerns ; please keep them to the board to which they relate, i.e. KOD , CLP etcetera. It really is not that difficult a concept to master, is it ?

Run your eyes over CLP chaps. A mate gave me a tip there. I've no idea what's going on with it but he says a name change and a quick bag. My fear is WDC/ICON but it could be valid.

Every investor should understand that Darwin is NOT gas
It’s a condensate well that is oil at the surface of the well
OIL
Oil
OIL
Let’s get that right

Nicely copied and pasted

I know why an appraisal should happen

Condensate and light oil are like twins, but not exact twins. The sweetest light oil is 45 API and our asset is 46 API.

Our asset will sell at BRENT prices

It's all documented

Not sure what your problem is with BOR, if i recall you are invested with RKH and how are they doing right now? Not very well.

My hope is that everyone including RKH benefit from Falklands development, so on that point why don't you do one and go back over there.

Cheerio

It's why the partners dropped out as LPGWhy does a reservoir need to be appraised?Appraising the quantity of resources (oil and gas) in a reservoir is critical at every stage of the reservoir's lifecycle, from exploration to abandonment. Even before the start of exploration drilling, the geologist is required to estimate the likelihood of the existence of a reservoir, its volume and contents. In turn, this estimate allows assessment of the risks and the economic viability of the venture. Based on information accumulated later on, mainly from appraisal and development drilling, and from field production data, the resource appraisal for the reservoir is updated, and the economic feasibility and merit of the venture may be more accurately assessed.

Mark, you are pretty thick and i know its not your fault but.......... dont bother posting here if you are not invested and if you do not know what you are talking about.

Fact- The asset is condensate with the properties of a LIGHT OIL / description is below-

Condensate is a mixture of light liquid hydrocarbons, similar to a very light (high API) crude oil.

Fact our API is between 46 and 49
Fact light oil is anything over API 45
Fact a true condensate is normally over API 50
Fact our asset will sell similar to BRENT (RE ALBA FIELD/NEAREST API MATCH)

So whilst labelled a condensate, there really isn't much difference at all to light oil.

Also doughnut the reason to appraise is to see the deliverability of the asset (barrels per day) rather than if its there or not.

Funding- The board will not dilute at this level but issue BONDS (in my opinion)

The only thing you got reasonably correct in your stupid post was that they have enough funds for about another year.

Its LPG it was in chairman's statement NOT OILThey have not even appraised it Gus so what they think may be down there may not be there at all......FactThe company has enough funds for just over a year then they will have to raise money to stay in buisness which will cause huge dilution to present shareholdersNo partner for over 8 years why the greedy directors sit on there hands taking a wage and boosting there pensionsIt's to deep no one wants LPG and would cost 100s of millions to even get it out of the ground they cant even get anyone to appraise it says it allIts a dog of a share..

I also laugh at some posters so say that our asset is gas!!!

Our asset is an ultra light oil!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Light crude oils have an API greater than or equal to 45°. Condensate gravities range between 50° and 70° API. Liquid condensates are normally light in color"

SILLY PEOPLE- OUR API IS BETWEEN 46-49 API -NO LESS AND NO MORE.

The only nearest recorded similarity is the ALBA FIELD which sells at the same price as BRENT.

The asset is light oil which folks is much better than RKH medium grade.

FACT.

Which is why i will increase my holding again and again.

BOR will be developed.
