Firstly BOR have a great asset (28 billion USD-ish) which doesn't make them microscopic (or weaner) Very high risk? Not really,in fact not at all for AIM.

Finance, i think the obvious route is the bond route. I am sure Harry doesn't want his 26 million shares diluted like the rest of us.

There will be no dilution in my opinion, not at this level and the board have enough for another year so as always, a total over reaction by the market (well pi's i think as volume isn't much)

Slightly overdone today...... No new news at all, the only thing the board said was that they may need to raise some extra cashflow to keep going which was obvious anyway.

Why do people think a fund raise will be via new shares and dilution? It may well be via several other means, i would like to think the board are not that stupid to dilute at this level merely for cashflow ongoing.

It's been a long difficult time for the board in attempting their farmout over the years, many say that the board were too greedy but they did accept one offer- shame it did not come to fruition.

I do believe though there have been and are indeed offers available to the board but the board just want more because they know the size of the prize, unfortunately time is not on their side (age and money i have to say, it's time to go with the best offer and do the deal.

If there really isn't anything on the table, then we will need to go it alone and do a massive raise and finish the appraisal ourselves.Consolidate the shares later.

Whatever way- 2021 must be the year of decisions.

Totally agree, gus, these past few days sentiment has swung firmly back in favour of Sea Lion going ahead, and that has to be positive for Borders. Suspect that we will now have a few good days here.

Loads on the bid,falklands clearly likely to happen now.Bor owning 100%..... and a farmout will lead to a correction of stock price similar to SOU when it went from 1p to £1.

With the recent uplift in Rockhopper ( approx.25% ) Borders is looking relatively cheap, would not be surprised to see a few buyers coming in now.

Exchange traded funds, 3CFL is a tracker fund, you can use them to get exposure to futures market. Coffee looks set move up after drifting down for years.

i.m doing high reps start light and work up, been doing a lot of squats, deadlifts and Behind neck press and barbell shrugs and press up, carry a bit of fat at the moment from bulking up a bit over winter because i got too light from running and became weak.
