I have a Google alert for Boohoo and so many of the big names (Cosmo, Vogue, etc.) have covered the Paris Hilton collaboration. Has to be good publicity.

Depends on the AGM statement RNS'd at 7am on the day of the AGM. The AGM statement is literally read out at the AGM at the start of the meeting. Nothing else within the AGM will be price sensitive (loosley speaking).

The AGM statement is RNS'd so that it's in the public domain hence creating a level playing field for shareholders unable to attend.

The 12% figure (which triggered me into looking for a brand difference) does suggest that PLT and BOO are competing brands, which would challenge the 4 brand model being touted.
