The next few days are key for me. It seems to be establishing a consolidation pattern between 210 and 220. If we can hold 210 then all good. If it breaks 220 and holds for a few days then we could see a march back up to the 260s.

Villa,
my chart say 230p as the trend is still UP although there is a load of noise in the market.

It broke through the barrier at 225p on the 11 June which established new highs and
again yesterday got to 221p.
That is a firm move that is going higher and it will test 230p.
The move depends on the market conditions, volume and momentum.

I do not know where the shorters , Canadians or Eskimoes are doing but they can not
stop the rise as the market have seen the strength, growth and potential growth of BOOHOO.
Boo has now been established as a brand and in future will mature as an investment and take its place along ASOS, NEXT and other textile giants.
I will probably see the price going to 300p, 500p and 800p in years to come
as Boo takes more slice of the market.
As we all know the high street retailers will be crippled by the overheads and the future is the online retailers.

So today I see this going back up to 220p and maybe 222p

By the way I have got my fevertree shares, I expect to see £33 soon.

So Barclays downgrade to 'equal-weight' but increase the tp from 225p to 240p.

Not interested in dividends. I'd rather they either stockpile the cash than dish it out. When it's gone, it's gone. I'd rather they reinvest it eg in marketing so they keep margins up.

So, in summary, some analysts say sell because of the amount of investment required to maintain growth, some say hold/sell because Boo aren’t investing as much as the competition and some say buy because they see the potential growth.
I guess the difference of opinion is what makes a market, I’m firmly keeping hold of my core holding for the foreseeable. My only question is, what are they going to do with that £150M (and growing) cash pile?

Excellent growth first 3 months. Most companies only dream of 10% a year. Although no upgrade to forecasts Boo trading well ahead. It's clearly doing something no-one else is doing. It's a success in other words and the market loves a success because you never know how far it can run.

Liberum note from earlier...

Liberum Capital has cut its stance for online fashion retailer boohoo.com PLC (LON:BOO) to ‘hold’ from ‘buy’ on valuation grounds in the wake of Tuesday’s trading update from the AIM-quoted firm.

In a note to clients, leaving their target price for boohoo unchanged at 220p, Liberum’s analysts said: “At this stage, while we acknowledge the ongoing positive momentum, we believe the shares are up with events.”

They pointed out that boohoo’s first-quarter performance “has been very encouraging across all brands and geographic regions.”

The analysts added: “While it is early in the financial year, the strong momentum has continued, delivering a Q1 top line beat of 6.1% vs. consensus expectations.

“In particular, this has been driven by outperformance vs. expectations by the Pretty Little Thing brand.”

They also noted that the firm left its guidance unchanged with 35%-40% revenue growth and a 9%-10% underlying earnings (EBITDA) margin expected for full-year 2019.

The analysts said: “Operational progress is on track with infrastructure investment laying the platform for a more than tripling of sales over the medium-term.”

However, the Liberum analysts added that their reduced recommendation is also reflective of the fact that boohoo’s competition (ie. ASOS PLC (LON:ASC) and Germany’s Zalando) continue to invest in their own businesses more heavily in percentage terms.

They added that they see this as a potential threat to boohoo in the longer term at a time where the race is on to acquire new customers.
