Word on the street was indeed correct.

boohoo.com plc (AIM: BOO), the leading online fashion retailer, has been notified of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") made on 13 June 2018 by Jalal Kamani. Jalal has gifted a total of 30 million Ordinary Shares (representing 2.61 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital) for nil consideration to a trust established for the benefit of Jalal Kamani's adult children. The gifts were notified to the Company on 14 June 2018.

Mr Catto is 51. They were share options, there are closed periods. Maybe he has kids, private schooling, wants to build his dream home. You guys telling me you wouldn't do the same? After all, it's why we are here. To turn money into MONEY.

Boohoo isn't his baby. He's not a founder. He's an employee, an accountant. I'd be still more concerned about the joint CEO situation. That has always worried me, along with the brothers and how they all fit in. They are not traditional corporates bods as you know. Party boy entrepreneurs. Nothing wrong with that as long as they keep their heads in the game. Just a real shame Boohoo doesn't own more of PLT. Because in a burning building, PLT would be the only thing i'd grab. Ask any 16-25 yr old, the other brands have no clout.

Just keeping a hawk eye out for another RNS. A sell from CK or MK would concern me for sure.
