Hi Charlesdarcy Read my previous post. The entire board of MICT have their jobs on the line and if they do not get this deal done before the annual MICT stockholders meeting in 2 weeks on Wednesday December 26 then it is possible that no one from MICT will be on this new board. Also could be an entirely new board from MICT will be doing any further negotiations in 2019. I am hoping they will get this deal done before the MICT stockholders meeting.

Hi Bergsy Yes we are all in the dark waiting for news and I own shares in MICT. MICT has their annual shareholders meeting 2 weeks from the day so you would think they would be working hard to get this deal done since all the members on the board have their jobs on the line. On my proxy I voted no for the entire board and no to 2 stock incentive programs. I only voted yes for the company they have recommended to audit their taxes. Keep in mind that probably many stockholders have already voted their proxy but can still change their vote the day before or maybe even the same just before the meeting. No idea what happens with board if merger goes through but maybe if it happens after meeting then maybe bo one from MICT will be on the new board.

The last I can report is 9 days ago things still moving forward and funding road show going on !

I don’t expect any news now until new year .
Again things are slow and taking longer than all shareholders had hoped but it is still alive ( 9 days ago )

Yes would like to know what's going on, unfortunately this radio silence is no good to anyone.
Some were saying "it's coming " last week but this week nothing, has something changed? If anyone is in the know then an indication the deal is still ongoing would be good!! Please no ridiculous replies or comments just informed discusion

Thanks Pap. I appreciate your thoughts. Your figures on my investment are not quite right but in the ball park. I am comfortably off but was too quick to increase my holding in DJI/BNN based on well intended tips from other large holders. I will be proved daft if the RTO doesn’t happen. As things stand I think it will happen but won’t pretend I know it will nor that I am happy with lack of communication. It’s not going to ruin my Christmas though.
