05/12/2018 22:16 | Charles: I must have missed something whilst in LA for the fight. The 3rd company is known ! Who is it ? | wetwestwales
05/12/2018 21:58 | Welcome liesa, on what do you base your opinion of "game over". | mlf51
05/12/2018 21:10 | I can smell a kite ! | charlesdarcy
05/12/2018 21:04 | No sorry www, must be wrong since posted on VOG as well and see DC, b0ssno1, mancroft all on there, so another DC "alternative name" I would guess. On their expectation Andy, from my perspective they were trapped as soon as BNN went unlisted. So were longs of course, but issue now is who will ultimately benefit. TTFN | perfect choice
05/12/2018 21:00 | PC, How can you have a "shorters trap" in an unlisted company? | andy
05/12/2018 21:00 | New profile created today - sounds like www has "converted" to a new form of maniac! | perfect choice
05/12/2018 20:45 | Game over in my opinion . I guess the management do not want to pull the plug as the gravy train stops when the music stops so maybe waiting for a creditor to press the button and the longer the farce goes on wages, expenses etc are still being paid out. Hope I am wrong but fear I am not !! | muddy waters1
05/12/2018 20:41 | Yes charles a very fair assessment of what is happening now IMHO, unlike some of the "shooting in the dark" doomsayers we have here. Those EY2017 results (which were a tidying up exercise readying BNN for the merger) have turned out to be a "shorters trap" wrong footing their logic and predictions right now! All will be revealed soon. | perfect choice
05/12/2018 19:59 | MICT Yesterday, 2018-12-04 MICT 0.4067 0.4199 0.37 0.3964 -0.0103 67,014 229 0.3151 0.42 closed slightly down on light volume. | andy
05/12/2018 19:53 | WWW . I respect your thought ... I am slightly different ... Funding agreed ... Deal announced ... 3rd company known ... ( very exciting ) Very close to trading on Nasdaq ... ( photo shot taken of both posts ) | charlesdarcy
05/12/2018 18:50 | Charles: my thought of the next 4-6 weeks is that it will then be 2019 and still no deal and the cash will have run out, but not as fast as the excuses. Standby for administration and the blame game. Always someone else to blame for the demise of a Ponzi scheme non-business, because blaming others takes the heat off the Board and their activities. Look where Maydoff ended up........ | wetwestwales
05/12/2018 18:16 | BNN Technology has burnt through operating losses of probably over £100 million by now All that cash that disappeared into various China "transactions" and "investments", some "investments" written off almost as soon as they were made. "Commercial" contracts with China provincial states with minimum guaranteed payments from BNN - what idiot would structure a deal like that It almost seems like the massive cash leakage in China was deliberately engineered Where did all that cash really end up | dennislevine
05/12/2018 17:48 | WWW.. And what is your thought of the next 4-6 weeks from now ?? | charlesdarcy
05/12/2018 17:39 | Redhill: yep. Once. At the start. BNN and it’s dopey rampers have been lying from day 1. And never admitted it. BNN is a Ponzi scheme. Always jam tomorrow. Always deal tomorrow. Always a surprise. Always a disappointment. Never lived up to the hype. Taken hard working locals cash and spent it on remuneration, bonuses, loans, holidays ..... erm sorry, business travel expenses....., and related parties. Accounts late, Director resignations announced 1 yr later, NOMAD resigned and can’t find one to replace, loan not resolved as promised, no deal and no cash to prove to SEC there is any chance of a deal. It’s utter nonsense. BNN isn’t a business, it’s a get rich quick Ponzi scheme. Now tell me I am lying..... | wetwestwales
05/12/2018 17:23 | www, but you did admit to lying on here didn't you? | redhill9
05/12/2018 17:22 | Well we know who is running things And yes delay after delay agreed . News very soon .. Disappointing not happening as anticipated but there is good news on its way . Ignore the usual knockers on here ‘ it’s coming ‘ 💰💰 | charlesdarcy
05/12/2018 17:08 | "Who’s running this joint......Diane Abbott ?" Could be worse, www. It could be Theresa May! | papillon
05/12/2018 17:02 | Bandit: don’t talk to me about ‘pretend’ | wetwestwales
05/12/2018 16:45 | greenarrows - different cash for different reasons i.e. what Ayesha was referring to back in October. Lets wait until the details are made public then it will be more obvious and easier to explain. The advisor is the US investment bank, Maxim Group LLC as per 26th June BNN public statement. They are well experienced in Nasdaq listings and know what they are doing, but just really hard to work out specific detail without full public disclosure right now. | perfect choice
05/12/2018 16:25 | WWW - will you pretend to be a shareholder in BNN again, when this deal is pulled off? | wetbandit
05/12/2018 16:21 | Thanks and11. Seriously though, how can they not know if they've raised enough capital, until the 'last minute'? Who the hell is advising them?! And if Ayesha4's comments on 26th October are connected (post 12450) "There has been an injection of further cash" then this should clearly have been resolved by now. What else has happened in the interim to account for the delay? What else has been overlooked? More patience required I assume? More sitting back and second guessing what's going on? Who knows, maybe an announcement will be made tomorrow when the US market reopens, but I for one, won't be holding my breath. | greenarrows |
