Yes PC - cash in escrow, but that should be a dead cert if SEC are lining up for approval. That shouldn't delay an announcement by over a month!

There is a way around that greenarrows but wary of mentioning it right now - consider a "half way house" location to hold funds? Yes Note 3 applies but it "could" have changed since subject to mutual agreement. Work in Progress still.

phurley - I'm struggling with that one I must admit. There's no way II's are going to release funds prior to SEC approval.

It's a catch 22 position, which I don't buy. There must have been more to it than that.

Note 3 of the 2017 financial statements makes it quite clear - no deal completed by 31st December 2018 and BNN is in serious trouble. Clock's ticking!

Kemche, can confirm that BNN directors were fully committed to an announcement on the 25th October but this didnt happen as the SEC requested evidence of the extra funds being raised rather than committed by new institutional investors. As the funds had not actually been received yet, this was not met. I am aware of another imminent announcement. I do not know good or bad. Could be the end or the new beginning of BNN. Either way, its coming.
