Andy, they gave me the answer l wanted! Only basic stuff re-website.. if you have a question email them...😎

-------

Poor quality stuff once again from and11, and the usual rubbish from Charlesdarcy.

I always thought BB's were for sharing information and discussion, "I know a secret you don't know" type posts are really for the school playground.

A listed company has to abide by market regulations, so any reply to whatever question(s) and11 asked could not include information not already in the market.

ON that basis, there is no restriction on him posting on here whatever they told him, because it cannot (or should not!) be insider information, and I'm sure it wasn't.

If I had a question, I would email them, but would have no problem in repeating the answer here because if they reply to me in writing, it is already in the market. Given the current state I would imagine they are being cautious about what they say.

Ripplevale, yes agree with your comments. Noticed that Tencent had acquired 10%+ stake in snap chat today... rapidly moving, expanding & affluent Chinese tech stocks..plenty of opportunities for BNN here as they have a foot in the door both in Alibaba & Tencent from historical business & through there existing channels...let’;s see how the Chairman can exsploit this & re-introduce BNN into the aim market...Should be very interesting over the next month imho...😎 8526;😎

Big fan of Alibaba and used it is a nice hedge to BNN. One of my best performers alongside Blue Prism this year in the IT sector. Tencent are also throwing money around and as I have said before China Fintech is still hugely attractive and is by no means a mature market.

My feeling remains that 2018 could bring surprising upside with the soccer microsite generating significant revenues as the footfall is quite exceptional for a start-up.

Having two stocks on suspension (SAVP and BNN) albeit for entirely different reasons is becoming frustrating, but equally positive on both over the longer-term (I am predominantly a long-term holder in all my stocks).

And11. As you say, interesting. That's means possible we may hear something this year, rather than next year!!

Some of us on this board have contacts. I certainly do but I don't always feel comfortable posting what I have gathered as I don't want to upset any status quo. It's not always possible to share anything other than a taster.

Interesting! I emailed BNN investor relations team this morning & received a clear & proactive response to my comments just now..It seems the Chairman’s work maybe taking shape already. Very positive.

Agree Newbie! Give the Chairman a chance to get all his key players in place while the business continues to develop in the background.. good to see the huge growth published by Alibaba last week...

I think it's a shrewd move from BNN at this time to stay quiet. Nobody can move in or out of investment at the moment so there is no rush if the contractual side of the business is still moving forward. I can't help but view the silence as positive and without a sense of panic.

Yes that is my one concern right now, how long to find a decent CEO who will need experience of working with China authorities. They're hardly sitting around waiting to be hired. Hoping those closer to the company can provide snippets on progress in this area as it is the one issue which could take some time.

Ok. But it sometimes takes 6-12 months to find a High calibre CEO!! Understand the fuller picture argument, but when is ever any picture complete?

Its a dilemma I admit. If they have decided the new CFO for example it would be nice to know now, or wait for everything sorted and go for the "big bang" announcement for impact?

PC. Totally understand where you are coming from. But would be nice to have an RNS sooner than January!! Think we deserve some sort of interim update on CFO / CEO and other appointments. Plus as share is suspended, no harm giving us a Q3 update and at the same time a Q4 outlook.

Yes cash holding looked OK, we will get trading update in due course and feel they will wait until Q4 or certainly into January to allow progress on new initiatives, which have been delayed by these events so not much value talking about Q3 quite frankly.

There do seem to be a few "reactive" individuals around right now and I just wonder if they happen to have open shorts in place which are also suspended in effect (as they cannot close them), so this is getting them stressed "a little"?

Understand they may be incurring a regular stock loan/interest fee and also a maintenance agreement or minimum cash holding in a shorters account to cover the short like 50% of value? So it could be painful for some incurring costs or having funds locked down while this suspension continues?

For those looking forward to the future of BNN, its a patience game as well still, while they are "working as hard as possible to reorganise the Board, prepare BNN for its next phase of growth and return the Company's shares to trading on AIM" to quote the last RNS. They also stated "shares remain suspended until the Company has announced its new constituted board and executive management" so until they have appointed the new exec team, the suspension will not be lifted. So December at best if not January for that as basically will not remove suspension until new CEO in place as I see it. Happy to wait as the more time taken to get BNN back in shape and grow those new initiatives the better it will be for trading when the suspension is removed. Others may not like that of course but we all have little choice right now.

Agree CharlesDarcy. And what we all want is a super CEO, much stronger CFO, a deal maker based in the region and the trading update to match forecasts. Given our situation, a lot to ask...but hopefully Harry will deliver. A lot of pressure on him now, plus he needs to find other non exec directors to bolster share holder confidence. Maybe we all deserve an early Xmas present!!!

West ;

I agree that any shareholder here long or short are not happy with the stock suspended .
But it does seem that trading will start again in the next weeks .

As a long and will remain I am comfortable that the company will be in a cleaner and more structured stronger position when trading resumes .
That’s my take on a bad situation we all have been stuck in .
