Redhill9: get your facts straight. You are either inept or a liar. Pick a window....

I suggest you check your own profile. Do you know how to do that? It shows you only joined ADVFN on 19 October so how can you have been posting on here for two months as you claim?

Are you feeling OK? Perhaps you've had a drink or two too many?

PC, And11, Redhill9 et al: what a bunch. You lot are either accountants or civil servants. Complete non-entities. Never made a good decision. Never assumed ultimate responsibility. Will never be anything in life. Probably Remoaners too. Dear God. You have invested money in BNN, shares suspended, CEO demoted to HK, no PwC report, rumours of £500k loan and £350k salary and £250k expenses by former CEO, and all you can focus on is "onward and upward" £3 share. Idiots. Have you ever tasted blood ? Didn't think so. Try it. When someone rolls me over for £1 I want their blood. It's my money. I work hard for it. I spend it wisely (so I believe). So when I smell a rat and lose money, I want blood. I don't care if you guys are wooses. Don't stop me scenting a scam. And don't criticise me for pursuing it.

Well what a BB, been away for a day and it seems clear the agendas of some here. They want to consider the PWC report as a whitewash just because it didn't give them the outcome they wanted as the only basis of evidence I can see.

PWC did the required job and identified improvements but nothing major as formally stated in official RNSs. Anything else is BB chatter at best. My take on the DM move "by mutual consent" is that DM wasn't delivering effective governance as CEO and had too much on his books.

I feel BNN do need to get everything in place before removing the suspension so agree with redhill9. Would prefer not to wait until January, however waiting to be able to issue the Q4 trading update does make sense to me.

Both Wei Qi and DM are now back at work, be it DM in his new Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development role, so they can focus on developing and growing the range of service initiatives underway. Sounds like new CFO decided and so also to be announced shortly.

Feel we really need to have the new CEO on board before removing the suspension and that will take some time as redhill9 highlighted. It might be a pain to wait (especially shorters incurring monthly costs as cannot close their short?) but will be worth it IMHO.

and11,

Glass half full/empty type atititude is fine, either way. I prefer not to let people get away with things they shouldn't have, I'm just that sort of person I guess, I always fight for fairness in life.

So, if someone deliberately wrongs you, you just ignore and carry on as if nothing had happened?

Good for you if you do, but that's not for me, I like thinks fair and equitable, because that's the way I work, so object to others who do wrong.

I agree with PC , at this point it looks like Harry is getting things right to get company back on the market .
Early days but I do feel long term this will get back to the good days in the next 12 months .

Longs stay strong

I agree for once delboy, things will return

More cash burn
More dilution

And IF the Company is genuine then a profit warning at some point as MarkeT expectations are missed.

A leopard very rarely changes its spots

All IMO

We are all posting on here, and have been fervently in the past 2 months, because we have money invested in BNN (well we assume most have) and our investments are in no-mans-land. I just want to know who was to blame. It's not me. It's not you guys. But someone is. If some of you don't want to know who was to blame, fine, onward and upward and let's hope for £3+ at some stage. For others (inc me) we do want to know. Because someone (ex-CFO, DM, Harry, PwC) has been the catalyst for my investment being worth zero for 2 months and no sight of it returning soon. Then I look at the facts: PwC report is unpublished, DM fantasy money inc loans and bonuses, and demoted to HK etc. And ex-CFO not being sued (yet). Make your own minds up (if you want to) but I have made mine. If many of you are not bothered about the past and just look to the future with hope, I am pleased for you. For me, I want blood. Its money, not massive, but my money, and someone somewhere is responsible for my investment being affected. And I am pretty sure it's down to one man.....and there are dog walkers in his area.

and11,

Not just me! Everyone here has an entrenched position, everyone goes over the same points again otherwise there would be no discussion between company news releases, would there?

You seem to be suggesting it's purely coincidental that the CEO who everyone was happy with (possibly not the CFO though) before the allegations has now decided to give up his position and move to HK!

Hmmm! Well if that's thinking "everything is back and white", well I'm guilty as charged!

So, if the allegations had not been made, are you suggesting he was about to hand over the reins to someone else and go to live in HK anyway?

CEO's do not normally hand over control so easily, it's a coveted position with privileges!

Andy, if you didn’t go over the same point again & again “Chinese water toucher” With you same old assumptions. I wouldn’t get annoyed with you...try considering not everything in life is as black & white as you seem to think it is...there could be many reasons why DM hasn’t the same role as previously! 😎😎😎😎

and11,

A poor post from you, and why the petty name calling?

Do you seriously think there will be the opportunity to place a short on BNN at the time it resumes trading? Really?

Anyone wanting to place a new short has already lost their chance, that went when it suspended from trading.

My guess is some positive news will be put out just before resumption to try and stem what otherwise could be a rush for the exit by some nervous holders.

redhill,

Which begs the question, if no whitewash, why DM cannot resume his position and the stock resume trading?

He can always announce hs is to stand down at a later date when a suitable replacement has been found and recruited.

I would imagine any shorters here are patiently waiting for the resumption of trading, only the bulls think this will trade higher upon resumption..

charlesdarcy, fully agree with your comments re PWC investigation. The idea of a whitewash/cover-up is laughably naive.

Regarding resumption of trading, I'm in no rush at all as I'd prefer for BNN to wait until they can release an operational update giving some encouraging revenue figures. Perhaps resumption mid-January with release of revenue figures to December?

I know that won't be a popular view with those shareholders who are impatient but (assuming BNN is able to announce it is generating increasing revenues), it should mean a much more stable share price on resumption. And if BNN aren't able to release encouraging figures by then shareholders won't have lost anything by waiting.

Another 2 months delay may not suit short-term/day traders holding BNN shares and keen to move on, and certainly wouldn't please those caught short of the stock at the time of suspension, but anyone who bought BNN shares for the future potential shouldn't be too bothered to wait a little while.

It's also worth remembering that while BNN may identify and select appointees for the vacant executive positions those people may not be available instantly to join BNN, which may mean resumption is delayed until they are in place. Further patience may be required.

Charles,

So serious allegations were made against the CEO and another director, the stock suspended, "nothing was found", the CEO is removed, "compliance issues to be addressed", and no legal action to be taken against the accuser?

It simply doesn't add up!

If nothing was found, why no legal action against the CFO? and why has the CEO been removed from his position?

andy
05/11/2017
11:52
I don’t see any legal action being taken against the previous CFO .

This could be said of any of the board suspending the stock .

The truth is PWC would do a very thorough investigation and the chair would be left with no option but to report any serious wrong doing .
That is not a whitewash , it is not what most of us was thinking on here but it will be fact for sure

So the Chair has a short period of time to replace CEO/ CFO with a very clean company with 25m in the Bank and a on going trading business all be it perhaps trading below expectation .

But again this position is far better than most feared here .

So I don’t see a big collapse happening here after a few days trading has begun and if some of the larger holders show some strong support in the first 2-3 days then yes this stock could find a level around 60p+ .

Harry let’s get trading soon please

Perfect,

I'm not sure who you think has "heads in the sand" but DM has been removed, and the reasons given do not add up, IMO.

The PWC report is a whitewash, surely you can see that?

I suspect the larger holders here will not be satisfied with the lack of detail in the PWC report, we shall see when trading resumes.......

And if there was nothing to answer, I expect the company to commence legal action against the former CFO, don't you?
