Hi JakNife. I know this is off topic, are you still short on Bluejay?

Agree with ripplevale on DM move, read this from another source as well. His wish to move to HK wasn't actually a recent outcome and his focus on developing current contracts and securing new agreements is where I see he needs to be these days while stronger governance and new CEO/CFO manages the overall growing business. There is a lot to do here but note Harry seems to be doing a solid job getting BNN in shape for removal of share trading suspension. Shall we say this will be the 3rd re-launch of the business after DJI and BNN to date?!

ripplevale, absolutely agree with you, the first two paragraphs in particular. Good that there are at least a few sensible posters on here.

delboy you could add JAY to that, shorting case made around 12p with target of drop to 5p area I recall, currently 21.25/21.5p bid/offer. Not everybody gets it right either long or short. The trick of this game is to get it more right than wrong of course. For longs BNN has so far been wrong (unless some good trading done), that is simply fact, but I have curious feeling of confidence for 2018 when BNN returns to trading (bar a few bumpy days at the start but depends what is released at the same time i.e. managed return to trading).

I agree with JakNife that the fall on lifting the suspension could be severe but it depends very much on the sequence and content of RNSs in the lead up to it.

An additional more middle-tier broker (big ask perhaps), new board appointments (including I suspect a US ex-NASDAQ NED, heavy-weight CEO etc), and the trading update with specifics on cash-burn and contract rollout in Q3 and Q4 will provide much-needed clarity to everyone (longs and shorts, II's and PI's). The share price will be more about confidence and trading than this petty and unnecessary squabble.

There seems to a suggestion that Mercer moving to HK is putting him out to pasture. It is quite the opposite and was being mooted prior to this storm in a China cup. My understanding is that this is very much his preference as he was spending so much time there. On that topic, his repayment of the loan is also a done deal according to my sources and is a non-issue.

I think a few upside surprises are possible prior to re-entering the market but I frankly don't foresee this until possibly the New Year awaiting news flow.

Yes
PJ1 , Andy , Jaknife , Kite ..

They have all confirmed at some point they do not hold a position but continue to spread negative posts .
A bunch of clowns ..

Andy since you took great offence to my post you have not challenged the statements or opinions of any negative poster yet have continued to do so for those daring to offer an ounce of optimism or positive perspective on the current events.

For someone who claims to have no position here it is unusual (and quite sad) to have taken such a passionately one sided view.

Redhill,

Yes I'm clearly "ignorant" and "out of my depth", at least according to someone as superior as yourself.

I notice you didn't comment when someone posted that DM could pledge his shares as collateral against his loan with BNN, yet someone else this morning has confirmed my assessment that will not happen.

Must be another "ignoramus" on the board..........

redhill9,

Fortunately we have you, the source of all knowledge BNN, to correct anyone straying form the whitewashed version of events published in the RNS.

If it looks like a whitewash, and sounds like a whitewash...............

wetwestwales joined ADVFN on 19 October and has made 12 posts since then, all of them on BNN and all of them negative.

The content of his more recent posts has noticeably moved towards blatantly mis-stating or distorting the facts, or inventing nonsense. Draw your own conclusions but I know what mine is.

That is a long time ago budding buffet and well before my own interest. Not sure if any pre-IPO activity but the IPO price was 100p back in 2014 raising £9M back then plus £6M through convertible loan notes. The original RNS is still on the BNN site if you go down to the bottom of the news list. Since then been other placings at 60p, 80p 95P, etc.(not checked all previous RNSs), so overall the IIs will have a significantly high B/E price than today's suspended price I suspect. With a new management team in place feeling more confident of BNNs prospects moving into 2018. This has been a troublesome delay yes and it will significantly impact on the FY 2017 results as expected revenue growth from new services will have been impacted against a fixed end date for the year. But now key to see how the revenue ramp up commences and should see evidence of that when Q4 data issued in Q1 2018, Q3 will be only slow growth now due to the suspension and lack of execs to drive the business forward versus BAU business ongoing still.

Wet. Don't know about the pub industry, but no fraud no one going to jail or hiding in portugal. Money in the bank and shares to begin trading soon. This can only be looked upon as better news all round, anyone who holds is in a better place than 6 weeks ago. As for personality witch hunts conducted by a few it helps no one, rational and reasonable debate welcome.

I was led to believe phase 1 buy ins were c.25p, pre IPO, that was my point, for the record I’m a concerned long and have considerable holding from day 1

Biggest worry for me here now is, the invested institutions have had enough and someone comes along with a buy out bid, some of these institutions are already showing a gain at 42p so after all that’s happened they will be happy to wipe their hands of it and move on.

And 11 .
I make you right .
We all know where we feared we might of been on this stock .
We are not and things look like trading again very soon .

We will have a clean sheet and the chair must have written confirmation DM will clear the debt on time in one way or the other .

It's been a bad year for BNN but it is now time to look to the future and to see if the potential of some very exciting contracts can come to fruition .

Wet! Your just ranting Pal...As the rns stated corporate governance issues. Nothing more. No Fraudulent claims otherwise this would of had to have been stated..who says anyone’s supporting the ex-CEO. Fully behind what the Chairman has proposed in his rns. As alway there is a way forward...Time to wait for news on appointments, lifting of suspension, results of Q3 & Chairman’s statement going forward....signing off time to chill & sleep...

Ayesha4: up yours. Dont refer to me as "Vermin". You are an insider. Perfectchoice and and11: "nothing was conclusively proven". Really? How do you know? Have you got inside track? Therefore it doesn't follow about non-disclosure and legal action. But we do know DM has been put out to grass in HK and off the Board by "mutual agreement". Why if he is cleared of all allegations? Would you? Nah. Always follow the money. Check out the wages bonus expenses and loan. And there you have it. 7+weeks suspended. No end-date. No CFO. No CEO. No news on relisting. You carry on supporting the ex CEO and looking for a brighter future. Meanwhile in the real world......

Lots of interest in DM shares,? I see 2 ranting about it as a conspiracy theorist game and creating a reaction on a BB. Report will never be issued due to confidentiality against employees who would take legal action if ever disclosed as nothing was conclusively proven.DM will not be selling his stake to pay off this loan, he wants to sell them at £3 a share I understand as this is sourced from the interim results time not today. Bit of a non-story IMHO. Ayesha is right, target removal of share trading suspension end Nov/early Dec, its all got to do with timing of appointments IMHO.
