Given that BNN is burning cash at an alarming rate and the shares are apparently so cheap/valuable perhaps the directors could take shares instead of salaries & fees (or at a minimum a significant proportion in shares), they can then look forward to capturing the tremendous upside they keep promising. Seems like a no brainer if they really believe in the story here. New Chairman has not put his hand in his pocket yet, nor rent a name Forbes.

As things stand the directors contine to extract huge salaries & fees more befitting an establshed and proftiable FTSE 250 company.

I agree with your thoughts , they have a NDA in place but I can only see this whilst a deal / trail took place .
So I am sure as PC has stated numbers should be seen very soon .

But if PI count for anything with BNN then will need to show a professional approach to the stock market they trade on and to its investors .
I am still hooked on the potential this stock has and I kick myself for not attending the AGM to ask questions .
There is still too much mystery for my complete comfort and would like to hear a RNS very soon stating new directors taking up stock ?

Because it's clearly yet another red herring. Be under no illusion, if they had any positive news to reveal, they would do. There are currently some alkward conversations taking place and people are starting to feel the pressure.

A question PC, and11 and charlesdarcy. Why do you think there was no reference to the telco deal announced within the AGM in the most recent RNS? Understand they cannot mention the specific telco involved, but every other revenue stream was mentioned...so somewhat curious that the telco deal was not!?

Telco revenue - we will see that in Q3 revenue and expect a trading update to state that IMHO. But that means October for full Q3 unless they do issue a 1 month snapshot. Don't expect a specific figure for Telco only but overall GTVs will jump to show this. Keep reading potential £2-3Bn for Telco versus £1.9BN annual for core mobile top-up so could be straight doubling in GTVs overall (so that is certainly a jump!) but certainly more on net revenues from improved commission but that sort of detail we will not know until full results out next year. We just need this sort of detail published now! Its all down to evidence to drive confidence after which the trend will turn upwards.

Unfortunately, Harry's been twiddling his thumbs since he joined, despite the promise of a turnaround; and as for Miguel Forbes and his new advisory team 'over the coming weeks' well that was all hot air after all!

The last figures spell out clearly the hot air that keeps blowing from China, via Cheshire or wherever they happen to be, the Directors who could not even update their website with the new chairman, the old mugs posted instead, like a cheap cut-out nightmare, made of cardboard, outside a cut-price store in deepest Mongolia; nor could they answer a simple email from Topaz and others asking simple questions.

A totally useless lot! Another AIM company for the dust heap, burning through cash like there was no tomorrow!

I loathe Topaz, but I simply cannot bring myself to filter the awful cretin. Stumbled across these beauties earlier looking for the MirabAud numbers - from May when the share price was c.75p:

I do not post a lot but really can hardly believe the behaviour exhibited by Topaz. Given the gyrations in your views how do you expect any objective credibility. All your comments are independent of what the company is actually doing being driven solely by your current investment position. I hope other readers on this board can see thru your falseness

More funding will be required next year imo but this has not lost its long term potential and so makes today's price a steal for the longs I will buy today

other companys same business S/P much much higher with lower REV ords in shares circulation scaled down, to reflect comparison. spending to reduce 2nd
half , less eroding of cash. building blocks in place end year, then EPS 2018 BB
