23/8/2017 11:28 | Now that is a point I would accept (II relating) although the last major change RNS (4th July) was for an increase in holdings | perfect choice
23/8/2017 11:26 | Not all investors or shareholders are directors what's their excuse? I'm no convinced they are in a lock out. We have just come out of a lockout period, yet no significant investors or directors holdings went up? | pj888
23/8/2017 11:20 | Perhaps Mercer can raise some funds from selling a few racehorses from his ever growing stable, how does he pay for those I wonder, seems quite an expensive hobby Would of course need to repay the company loan first which he seems to be struggling to do | dennislevine
23/8/2017 11:20 | Directors have insider knowledge so there are only a few times a year they can trade. Right now they cannot buy even if they want to due to impending deals see snippets in interims RNS text). | perfect choice
23/8/2017 11:07 | The directors and other investors don't have either confidence or the finances to "fill their boots" as they should be doing if we are on the cusp of greatness. | pj888
23/8/2017 11:05 | Directors buy would help the chart now for sure | marmar80
23/8/2017 11:04 | the average daily trading volume is 360k per day. My point was average has never been close to the 1.2 mil refered too. So to claim at 10:30 in the morning when 230k shares have been trade is a slow day is clutching at straws. The 10 mil anomaly was the fund raise. Apart from that there have been maybe 25 spikes above 1.2 mil. Which means there must have been days when considerebiky less that 360k shares have been traded. Further negating the excuse that today fall is due to it being a slow day. | pj888
23/8/2017 10:57 | Forget this conversation for a second. Just looking at the chart again, perhaps this is the bottom. Rsi14 is low. Stochastic too. | marmar80
23/8/2017 10:56 | Few corrections required: 1. daily volume, plenty of occasions above 1.2M a day, just look at graph at top of this BB, peak day was over 10M one day in April earlier this tear. 2. wla2510 was referring to H2 revenues, £34M broker forecast is full year revenues so includes what we know is £4.6M in H1. These are also revenues not profits so that is not the issue BNN will be reporting net loss for FY 2017, H1 2018 interims is maiden net profit target. I would be happy for £25-30M FY revenues versus broker F/C of £34M. Key point with BNN is new initiative revenues are good once they get going but as interims did state a delay of just 1-2 months will impact FY total figure even though once up and running revenues flow well. It is almost a case the run rate of income in Q4 is critical as then can extrapolate into FY 2018 e.g. £10M revenues in Q4 means £40M base run rate in 2018 already. | perfect choice
23/8/2017 10:45 | BNN never trade at close to 1.2 million shares per day. its basically a penny stock that serious investors wouldn't touch with a barge pole, hence the low volumes. Serious investors are happy with slow stable growth and the promise of a dividend or two. Most of the investors on this board think they are holding a winning lottery ticket! | pj888
23/8/2017 10:43 | 300 employees, massive Director salaries, huge losses, when will you lot wake up! I sounded my last warning at c. 65p and look where the share price is now! 10p by Xmas! | topazfrenzy
23/8/2017 10:38 | Pj888! What excuse.. just pointing the facts out..1.2million shares is half of one percent...so 360 average is clearly very low average trading...& 230k is just short term day traders...😎& | and11
23/8/2017 10:35 | Wla2510, when will it become clear and when still the share price rocket? Do you realise we virtually a third of the way through the trading period you refer to? | pj888
23/8/2017 10:35 | Forecast is for £34m revenue for the year, so £15m-£20 Although £15m-£20 | astralvision
23/8/2017 10:34 | Exactly astralvision, yearly average is 360k per day, it's typical of the excuses that you see on here every day by the deluded. | pj888
23/8/2017 10:22 | £15-£20M expected revenue in H2 will sort the share price out when it becomes clear it is being achieved. | wla2510
23/8/2017 10:19 | Not sure about that re volume, 230,000+ shares traded at 10.20am on a day in August ain't too bad. Also not sure where all these large shareholders who are supposed to be buying are, perhaps they've gone on their holidays? | astralvision
23/8/2017 10:16 | Interims, were inline with what was stated in the AGM...H2 is where the growth will come & with improved margins...just the share price reacting to short term traders...little volume affecting the price as usual...Hold strong..GLA | and11
23/8/2017 10:10 | Interims weren't very good and sounds like H2 launches are still to launch, so market has reacted accordingly. Anyone for H1 2018 for lift-off? | astralvision
23/8/2017 10:08 | People are digesting the fact that they have basically generated zero new income above that of the lottery. Incompetent at best. | pj888
23/8/2017 09:57 | Ship of fools! | topazfrenzy
23/8/2017 09:47 | And now below last 52 weeks lows | marmar80
23/8/2017 09:08 | Down from 70 to 46 short time. That hurts. | marmar80
22/8/2017 22:20 | PJ - suggest you do some research about Z Score. Yes, BNN qualifies for this screen, but based on the Z1 score (for manufacturing companies), which of course BNN is not.Based on the Z2 score for non-manufacturing companies, BNN is more than safe. | jefftracey
22/8/2017 22:05 | PJ no mates I wonder why 😊 | charlesdarcy |
