No big sellers have sold. Fund manager dealing with the largest institution that they are looking for an exit of £5 by end of 2018.This is after a meeting with Mercer last week.

Thanks for your thoughts and analysis PC.It's a matter for public record in the agm statements that they said they expect to meet expectations for the year.The share price is saying loud and clear they've not got a chance. You would think we would be in a rich period of news flow right now, with all the launches that are due to take place. For example, the petrol card business was due to launch in July, according to the agm statement. That , as one of the forecast main revenue drivers in H2, was surely worth a news release. It leaves investors to wonder has it actually launched? Again they have previous, last year it was going to be traffic fines, utility payments that was the main revenue drivers, but they conveniently forgot it never happened in all their gushing news releases.Must admit I'm getting very hacked off with this bunch, they seem untrustworthy, less than straight with investors and can't seem to meet a time table that they themselves set.I would say I'm 99% certain something is amiss here, you don't get falls like this when business is booming. imo they've screwed up again and those in the know are selling out. I'm wondering whether to preserve what's left of my capital in my rump holding and join them. Another bum trading update and this will be in the 20's or 30's, that's my concern. Then if they needed more funds we would be looking at massive dilution.

He wlll give you a plausible explanation of revenues are lower, if they indeed turn ot to be, they always find an excuse in my experience, and I'm generalising here not being specific to BNN.

And longs always swallow the excuses because it's what they want to hear.

I see trade drift here, MMs will react to buy/sell demand. Yesterday was almost down to just that one 200K sell and overall volume was small. Figures need to be published to give confidence of the H2 revenue growth. Anything above £25M FY revenues yes will be fine for me as just steady run rate would kick in £50M for 2018.

Done my own analysis on that Mirabuad updated report astral, Really think £25M net revenues is realistic if these 4 revenue generating areas do deliver the major of what they promise, £34M just seems too ambitious as a forecast but that was the figure Scott Kennedy definitely said was a "reasonable target" when I asked him this at the AGM. IF they don't come near I can assure you I will be emailing him for an explanation and I wills end him a recording of what he said!. Only issue is there is no real way to validate areas like adverting income, so we will just have to wait and see. But there is a jump uplift here versus Q1 so lets see what is published.

Anyway I don't care about BNN for today, its A level results day and my daughter has got into the University of Birmingham for a masters degree in physics, we will be celebrating all day now!

Agree delboy and and11. Volume low, but not good seeing share price decline like this. BNN need to send out a regular trading update. There is no other way to stop the decline!!

Don't think anyone is saying things are looking great just now .

And still we wait to see if BNN have learnt from its PR mistakes from earlier in the year .

In the meantime the stock is being slashed until support appears in decent size .

Actual text in AGM statement on 2017 overall and near term interims is below. Interims will be in line with expectations so misleading to say they will not reflect recent revenue, because "recent revenue" is post interims and reflecting 5 revenues streams versus 1 in H1.

Why do investors place much faith in broker's forecasts? In this case astralvision refers to Mirabaud like it is the Oracle. Bon chance.

Have you back tested the analyst at Mirabauds recommendations or forecasts? If you haven't why do you place faith in them?

This company is uninvestable, I still have not had a response to my email from a month ago, they are a totally useless bunch!

20p by Xmas then 10p soon after that unless a miracle happens, and forget that Nasdaq listing, they don't do boiler room offerings on that index.

Too true, relentless grinding down. I guess folks are holding back buying as BNN have 'previous' in saying it's all great when in fact it wasn't. That is a high hurdle to get over, they only have themselves to blame for that.
Now there are two main things I go on wrt BNN, that's
1) the share price and
2) hard numbers.
SP is telling me something is up and not in a good way. Re hard numbers for H2,( not expecting anything other than what has already been flagged up for H1)well, as PC quite rightly says, we've just got to wait for those and hope any update is meaningful and not a load of old flannel.
