So bergsy if you apply the average p/e of 30 instead of the 7.5 used by the broker then am I correct in thinking that the target share price would be over £8 ?

Compare bnn's PE with what will be its peer group of chinese tech companies. Average pe's of 30ish. Some as high as 50!!!

Just read the report I can't believe the price target is only just over two pounds based on the most conservative P/E ratios that they have used ! This is going to fly.

Broker note nicely timed for Nasdaq listing. Need to check through detail on target price and profit projections but are all feasible and this time the broker should have been more sensible on growth + has a much better insight on the specific terms of agreements BNN now have in place.

Thanks for extra detail BenStamp, will read more when MW reports later. Can already see areas where there is potential to exceed what is already included so sensible approach appears to have been taken, role on Nasdaq!

The target of 208p is based upon an EBITDA multiple of 7.5 on forecasts that assume BNN only takes 0.5% of the fuel card market, even though it has signed agreements with the two largest fuel retailer networks in China, which have more than 50% of the market.
