30/4/2017 13:58 | Agreed, petrol app needs to be launched and so seen as a "live" source of income. Also mobile + petrol revenues ensure a positive cash flow for BNN. | perfect choice
30/4/2017 13:20 | June listing looks too ambitious to me.They need to give time to the motorist venture to show traction and thereby strengthen their case for the listing. | nurdin
30/4/2017 11:23 | RE: post 3636 and Nasdaq. Its not a consolidation used but American Depositary Shares (ADSs), where ADSs are made up of a multiple of UK shares, which "could" include more new shares being issued by BNN to fulfil demand. | perfect choice
30/4/2017 10:27 | Each to their own re buying/selling fingers but the chart seems to indicate a growing confidence in the stock rather than skeptism esp since the broker note friday. Up on good volume looking for more of the same tues myself with sentiment building on the back of broker updates and the nas listing getting closer. | bad gateway
30/4/2017 09:53 | Ben Stamp & Vesperdene, your comments about DM being spotted meeting in NY need some validation. Your comments are pure 'off the cuff' remarks and are meaningless without substantiation. What's to stop me saying anything similar? There is too much confidence being placed on BNN due to unsubstantiated comments when what is needed is some balance. I don't see that BNN are showing enough consolidated earnings yet to justify a listing and whet the appetite of US 'investors'. Slowly, I think there is a growing skepticism BNN and until the Co. actually gives more details its' income and cash flow I personally remain cautious and will ride the tide of optimism with my finger ever poised on the sell button. | graham10k
29/4/2017 16:51 | Vegpatch - my share price target is based on the price of guacamole, what about yours? | chorus1
29/4/2017 15:58 | Boy Vegpatch. You are hard to please. You invest in government gilts, then? Always some risk somewhere in investing. But have to say BNN might just be about to fly. All the signs are there, most of the people in place. Good luck from the side lines. | newmanontheblock
29/4/2017 15:11 | A would love to know what your share price targets are based on? DCF? (What discount rate do you use perchance?) PE? EV/sales? Also lots of chat about a NASDAQ listing. I see the share price over 350p on that day but only after the company does a share consolidation first. "In order to meet the minimum share price requirements for Nasdaq ($4 per share), many companies will conduct a reverse split. This is perfectly acceptable to the exchange, and the post-split share price will be evaluated accordingly." TheStreet.com If the petrol deal comes through and the the parking app works then fair enough. But i try and focus on reality and nothing this company has told you has yet happened. So for me I am on the sidelines - no position but very sceptical. | vegpatch
29/4/2017 13:50 | Interesting comments re timing of listingWould be a good moveSuggests any new (big) deals won't be happening Suggests they have been listening to the marketSuggests a better focusAll good | nfs
29/4/2017 13:43 | I also heard the NYC trip/listing rumours relating to listing before summer holidays. | vesperdene
29/4/2017 12:45 | Benstamp. You are a complete asset to this BB. So glad you started to contribute. | newmanontheblock
29/4/2017 12:42 | To expand on my post 3625. I appreciate the Company mentioned at the beginning of April that it expected to list in Q3 2017. Since then though one of my contacts in NYC spotted DM meeting one of the leading investment banks and the rumours are that they're aiming for June. I might be wrong, but I think the shorting antics on AIM has convinced the Company to get onto NASDAQ asap now.The US IIs and wider market are going to love this stock. | benstamp
29/4/2017 11:18 | Nursing ; Yes probably right unless they close off . Which I would on the news flow on Friday the price on Tuesday when the markets open could jump up big time and then they have another call 😊 I hope ! | charlesdarcy
29/4/2017 10:32 | Agreed Nurdin PLUS: On an Everyday basis. Virtually ALL of the larger trades that are displayed 'After the close' are delayed trades from earlier in the day, and therefore they are 'in the price' as it was at the close of business. | peterburn
29/4/2017 09:42 | "A few medium size sells late today might well be the Shorts running for cover ." Jeeze.Shorters would be buying back not selling! | nurdin
28/4/2017 22:15 | Benstamp ; Thanks for your thoughts , great if it was mid summer . What will be interesting is that nearly all are saying the listing will go ahead And 1.50 -3.00 is what the share price will go too . So next week the stock should rocket to £1- £1.25 ? A few medium size sells late today might well be the Shorts running for cover . GLA Interesting few months ahead | charlesdarcy
28/4/2017 21:55 | Hi Topaz, I agree with BenStamp and also think it could be around the £4/5 mark, a bit of good press would push this along nicely. We have to remember that at this critical time for the company everybody involved will air on the side of caution managing and hopefully beating the markets expectations on both numbers and timings so it could well be a June/ early July listing IMHO GLA | midas 123
28/4/2017 21:45 | They said Q3 so it'll be after the summer, I say £1.80 listing then up to £2.50 that week. Then up up up -----> £3+ 2018 ------> £4+ 2019 etc etc -------> taken over for £8 - £12 a share | topazfrenzy
28/4/2017 21:11 | Charlesdarcy, I appreciate you didn't ask me the question, but for what it's worth, I think it will be June 2017 at £3.00 on the morning of listing and £4.00 at the close on the same day. With NY II support this is conservative. The appointment of Forbes to this Company was a masterstroke, the press and II support will be immense. GLA. Exciting times! | benstamp
28/4/2017 20:55 | Ayesha ; What's your guess on list price and date ? | charlesdarcy
28/4/2017 20:37 | Mirabaud dont want to get caught out twice. These are very conservative fugures. I think you will find that on the Nasdaq - this will attract multiples of todays price. | ayesha4
28/4/2017 18:15 | Looks like shorts have gone up in smoke What a shame 😂 | charlesdarcy
28/4/2017 17:51 | I think what proves the point as to their motive is the silence this afternoon. | chorus1
28/4/2017 17:20 | Good data is what they are forecast to deliver, they don't need any more deals to even consider right now (be it land grab is the game right now). What is remarkable from the broker report (for those who have seen the detail on top of Ben Stamps excellent posts - thanks) is the rapid delivery of income and growth about due. We are not talking of 2018 or 2019 (although they are part of the profit growth forecast), but in the next 3 or 4 months. In fact as stated by Ben Stamp above, items like cash burn reduction are the latest figures right now, due to on-going incremental revenue growth. The obvious catalyst is the motorist app on top of core growing revenues, the result being a higher cash reserve at the end of 2017 than at the end of 2016 and full year EBITDA profit in 2018 (loss in 2017). Even if you still take a view that the very conservative assumptions (see Ben Stamp's 3594 post) should be even more conservative, this is a great turnaround opportunity for investors. The beauty here is that 2017 analysis is based on real near term activities, not some broker general market assessment of future years. You can be assured its been checked through with BNN and existing deals, a great situation to be in!! Enjoy! | perfect choice |
