As I stated on LSE QSFirst tranche of paymentIs always the most difficult to achieve, once it's paid they've committed to make the further payments or lose the initial investment, I'm sure the money will come but AB clearly has a plan B for funding, there can't be a shortage of interested parties with the assets we have just waiting to be processed!

And before smelly man pipes up. I have enough evidence to get him done for insider trading. Thanks for posting it here for me.

I see he's bought back in and has now reverted to ramping, which is the opposite of what he's been doing over the last few months. What a guy!

Smelly - Alex Borelli is clearly a "stackable idiot", in your own words. Over-confident, over-promoted, and hopelessly naive. But probably a good accountant and a fine chap.

I agree that IF ACI pay up the first tranche of $900K, then it's very likely they'll continue to pay the rest. But I don't think ACI have got it and I don't think they'll find it in the next nine days. It's clear who they are from their website and Google. And Alex should never have been doing business with them in the first place.

So, what happens on the 26th? What finance options are there, other than a desperate death spiral share placing? After this story, I certainly wouldn't lend Alex Borelli any money; he's amply proved his incompetence. And, finally, given BMR's assets are still excellent and worth a lot of money, is there any way for us all to make money out of this situation?

I wish I believed in shareholders' revolts!

Book end

You know oddly to go back to the library LOLsss

Alex has put another date in the public domain after making the mistake of doing that last time. He's either a stackable idiot or he has some confidence around funding.

Once the 900 drops the rest will follow it's always the initial payment that's the worry LOLsss

In all likelihood ACI won't come through with the money. I think they would have paid already if they had it. So, for me, it's a question of what is the promised "alternative finance" - debt, convertible notes, equity, or what? Also, is it just "keep the lights on" money, or is it enough to finance the plant to production and positive cashflow? "Keeping the lights on" money would merely prolong the agony.

I have more questions than answers about BMR and expect the share price to fall further before May 26th (at a guess to 3p). What happens then I don't know.

I did business in Russia / ex-USSR for 20 years, and this miserable story is bringing it all back!

(And, yes, vanadium prices are very healthy right now, and likely to go on being that way, but that's hardly the point!)

Again, I'm seeing different expectations for Vanadium Pentoxide prices,

From the BMR 20/1/2017 RNS :- "Metal Bulletin's website is reporting December 2016 trades (Rotterdam, Europe) for V2O5 at circa US$23/kg (earlier estimated at US$15/Kg) and as a consequence the Company has revised upwards the potential long term contribution of V2O5 production to the Company's income stream."

and today's Reuter's article "Vanadium pentoxide VAN-PENT-LON prices also hit their highest since April 2013 at $6 per pound. Prices have risen 29 percent this year.
"

$6/lb is around $12.25c/Kg, much less than the $23 mentioned a few months back.

Beware of the fairly new and recent poster IDs.

I've made my call and already in profit thanks. ACI payment is still promisedif it doesn't the alternative financing will be in place.

Ask Alex about the conditions LOLsss

Oh and Sparky I don't run the company and am not paid to run it. Yes I've acted as a responsible shareholder attending meetings and giving the board a tough time......what about you?

I'll now be bending Tonys ear and giving Alex and Jezza a piece of my mind in private and then in a public forum. And

Most like you sparky are just faceless keyboard hero's. LOLsss

How do you expect him to state the bleeding obvious? We all know we need funds. He has two offers on the table which give him breathing space. Problems, who'd have em lols

Red Rook - I also noted with dismay the careful phrasing of the RNS. There is a very important difference between raising funding "for the rest of the calendar year" just to keep the company going, and raising money to see the company through plant building and to production and positive cashflow. I too believe in the potential of BMR's assets, but this is now a desperate situation. My prediction - a "keep the lights on" share raise / dilution in the next two weeks that doesn't even raise enough money to fund the plant, but just means that BMR go on existing for a few more months.

I'm only sorry that we don't live in a world where it is realistic to organise a shareholders' rebellion and sack the board.

As I have stated in an earlier post, I have been a BMR investor in the past, and I hope to be in the future. BMR has good potential for an investment. But not currently as events have shown.
