QS is a wind up merchant, he's been doing it for years on here and I tend to ignore him now and his LOLsss

This is why I have qualms with QS. He claims to have such a good read on the company and BOD, yet never really declares when buying or selling. I'm not saying anyone should have to post their every move, but someone like QS would want to keep it under wraps, just in case he makes him self look more stupid than he sounds lol.

I remember him posting about loading up with shares around 9th Nov just before the MTR bid(SP was around 6.5p). Then bang, we dropped below 5p. He can't be that great with his timing lol.

markjwal, funny how he managed to buy right at the very bottom is it not? If that were me, I would have been on here bragging about it as soon as I bought lol.

Also the fact that he was criticising you for buying right before the rise, yet apparently he did this himself? I smell BS.

Bookworm, there were only 3 trades at 5.2 on 19/04/17, which amount was yours?

With bookworms rich mate who likes to buy companies, and QS with his institutional mates, it can't be long before we get a takeover bid here lol. Maybe I should be buying more on Monday. Get em at the bottom and all that haha.

You leave AG-H out of this haha, he's done nothing wrong. QS has got it in for our man at the top. Begs the question why he's still interested if he doesn't trust him.

Think QS might be referring to our well to do non-exex.

QS: You also came on here attacking posters asking what we were going to do about the management. Perhaps if you had called Alex and had a discussion with him, you might have felt reassured enough to make a well timed purchase yourself. Instead you came on here accusing him of being a liar, and bragging about how right you were. Call yourself a shareholder?

P.S. Why don't you give one of your 'friends' at the FCA a call? I'm pretty sure they will laugh at you haha.

QS: I didn't know we had somebody called AN running the company, are they new? lol. Like Markjwal says, the share price had bottomed out in the low 5's and it was bound to bounce back once it bottomed. I was goading you to buy because I think you might have sold some or all of your holding, in the hope to buy back cheaper. Did I not do you a favour? lol. This talk about insider info is ridiculous, nothing new was passed on.

Bookworm: Personally I can't give credence to anything you say now. I already exposed you with one of your own posts from last week. To go from attacking what QS was saying, to then agreeing with what he says. It's clear to me that you two could be colluding here to discredit and undermine the management, and therefor try to lower the share price for your own gains. Shame on you both!

FWIW, I'm still accumulating BMR shares and bought at 5.2p in the recent dip. But that's not because I believe in the current management, but because I believe the company has assets that make buying their shares at the current price almost irresistible. I'm happy if AB gets the plant to production on time and on budget, but I'm doubtful that he'll achieve it, given his track record. If not, then one of two things will happen sooner or later: there'll be some kind of corporate activity that results in his removal and replacement by a more dynamic and competent CEO, or the company will finally go bust. I'm betting that the first is more likely than the second. If I win my bet the payback is a return of perhaps 1000%, if I lose then I lose my entire stake. I like those odds.

For bookwormRobert, no price sensitive info was passed to me, the stock was simply oversold, good timing on mine and many others part! Take my advice and stop your over inflated opinion of yourself and the inner workings of BMR, if you were half as well informed, connected and capable as you make out you certainly wouldn't be spending your time posting that kind of waffle on Bulletin boards.

Banking losses, clearly there was a delay on the drawdown but it has now been initiated. No explanation as to what the delay was has been given so far.

I know we have recently submitted something to ZEMA, it was mentioned in the last presentation by JH. I don't know if it refers to your post above.

ZEMA

"The conditions attached to ZEMA's approval of the ESIA, which was received on 26 April 2016 to operate the Plant, required air, ground water and personal health base line data to be established, plus on-going monitoring programme and reporting protocols. This compliance work has now been completed and will be lodged with ZEMA shortly."

How is this going? Is this holding up ACI part of the deal as approvals still need finalising? Or have I missed something? 4 months and no update.

Oh dear, he's been caught red handed:

bookwormrobert - 12 Apr 2017 - 15:51:45 - 28501 of 28583 Berkeley Mineral Resources (BMR) a new Start :-))) - BMR
I wasn't here in the time of MA, so I can't comment on that. (But why on earth did you first invest in BMR if you suspected the CEO wasn't up to the job / a thief / a fraudster? The first rule of mining shares is research the management fully, and only if fully satisfied then look at the business proposition.)

I'll leave this conversation here now. I could write that none of your comments are helpful, and that they only serve to depress the share price. But as I will buy more shares if the share price ever gets below 5.6p, and again if it goes below 5.4p, perhaps I should thank you for your efforts on my behalf.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What was that about the CEO not being up to the job? And you said you would buy more if it hit 5.4p? Well you had your chance but it sounds like you missed the boat. 6p to buy now lol!! You and QS are a seedy pair lol

I certainly don't ignore negatives myself. If I am going to invest in a company I want to be able to at least trust the BOD.

You can stand by it all you want, but ultimately you are not giving any reasons behind your thoughts, other than 'trust issues'. If I doubted that the ACI deal was no longer on the table, I would want my money out of here, because a very big placing would probably be on its way. It makes me question your position here.

Like you say, let's wait and see who is right. Hopefully won't be long until we find out.

Kryptonsnake - Yes, I have trust issues in business. Everybody should have them. Especially when investing in small non-profitable AIM companies operating in faraway places. I stand by my analysis and hypotheses, but ultimately time will tell who is right and wrong here.

I thought QS was negative but bookworm takes the biscuit lol.

Our CEO is a 'clueless twit' and gives out insider info.

The ACI deal is in jeopardy and might not happen.

It's all fake news people, he's trying to talk the share price down to get some cheap shares!

The share price didn't just move up by 5%. The move up happened the next morning when people (including myself) were buying. There were more buyers than sellers, this usually means the share price goes up. You do know how markets work right?

I think you are reading into it too much. He clearly states that he has drawndown the first instalment of cash and is now expecting the money (imminently). Now why wouldn't ACI pay up? Give me a credible theory?

I think you will find the share price bounced from 5.25, the share price was already about to move up even before he made that post. I know because I was trying to buy myself and couldn't even get a quote. It's called the sell off was way over done. Sorry if you missed out on buying some cheap shares, better luck next time.

It clearly was very market sensitive info. Look at the movement in the share price immediately afterwards - more than 5%!
