QS, we were told Q3 that's why I said that. I am perfectly aware delays happen and I accept that.

We get that you were right about further delays, there's no need to keep rubbing it in. We know the risks of investments but a delay doesn't worry me

BL, It does make you wonder if AB has had to make a stern phone call to ACI, regarding the length of time taken to receive the money. I wouldn't go as far to say he has given them an ultimatum, as I think we need ACI more than they need us.

QS - The V EPB is a 4 month turnaround at the outside. 2 months prep and 2 months approval of an EPB by Zema (40 days + w/ends and any BH's). That takes us to the end of Aug beginning Sept.

I do Mark and it's equally sensible to have other funders at the table. I look forward to concluding the funding mess. It's worrying 2 month gap to prepare the VAN application and then the delay in getting permission LOLsss

QS, I am aware re ACI and Vanadium, there are plenty of others that want our V and that will be negotiated, I think It makes sense to incorporate the circuit sooner rather than later, don't you?

Why don't you get off your high horse QS. ACI have agreed to fund the entire plant build with up to $4.2m. So if we have to spend a little extra making modifications it will be paid for with that money.

Stop trying to second guess the terms of the ACI deal when the facts are already written in black and white. You are going to look very stupid when we receive the next few RNS regarding ACI.

As for Star Zinc, why don't you read what Alex has said via RNS? He's in no rush to pay for it. It's not important that we acquire it right now is it?

Or could it be that ACI have no money, and that they have desperately been looking for a third party investor to finance their side of the deal? Maybe they've found one now, maybe not; I don't know. Let's see if they pay up or not.

So Alex has stated $900k early May from ACI and you still think the ACI deal might be duff? You couldn't make this sh*t up lol!

Personally I think we will receive the cash, no doubts about that. It has however taken much longer than expected. Could it be because they had to get ZEMA approval first? This may have been one of the conditions on drawing down funds. Bearing in mind it has to be withdrawn in stages, and at certain milestones reached by BMR.
