Fireball XL5. "All the while we were presented with supported reasons to stay invested or to invest further."

Pot calling kettle there me thinks ............... Yet you are still willing to propagate the myth.

You're no better than Wallace & Gromit.

You invested, you lost. Move on.

For the future record

1/ The city will decimate the share price when this is taken out of suspension. Rightly or wrongly.
2/ A change of name to escape damage will have little effect.
3/ The real asset value, whilst now booked at a considerable reduced value, is now a complete unknown and will negatively impact on the share price also.
4/ Consolidation is unavoidable, and at a large ratio given the inevitable drop in the share price to come.
5/ Follow this with massive dilution through new share issues / debt finance to raise funds to extract any value left in the assets.

Current shareholders will be extinct unless they're willing to gamble multiple times, the money they have already lost.

Cease clutching at straws, do yourself a favour and stop gambling with your retirement.

BMR has received from The Mineral Corporation a technical review of the potential underground ore resources at the Kabwe mine. The Mineral Corporation has reviewed these estimates and established the tonnage potential for the main selected ore bodies as follows:
Ore Body Ore Max Depth (m) Total Tons Grade Zinc
(%) Grade Lead
(%) Contained Tons of Metal – Zinc Contained Tons of Metal – Lead
Old Airfield 150 46,460,000 2.23 0.80 1,036,058 371,680
Speaks 200 1,944,000 12.00 2.00 233,280 38,880
Number two Ore body 470 1,905,159 12.86 1.77 245,003 33,721
Mine Club 200 666,000 11.77 0.83 78,388 5,528
Total 50,975,159 3.12 0.89 1,592,730 449,809

These estimates have not been compiled to a recognised international reporting standard such as JORC and cannot therefore be relied upon.

The bulk of the mineralisation of the underground resource is characterised by the occurrence of carbonate-hosted Pb-Zn orebodies as cores of massive sulphide orebodies surrounding by oxide zones (silicate ore). Disseminated low grade mineralisation also occurs locally at Kabwe and this is often overlain by high grade lateritic silicate ore (blanket ore).

QS, why would it not just be allowed to fold and they snap up the assets cheap? Given the detailed investigation by AB now paving the way for criminal proceedings against some of the known related parties and some who maybe unknown at present, it sounds like quite the opposite to what you suggest to me.I would be interested to hear what Wreker's thoughts are, haven't heard from him for a while! I think MA's antics where blown wide open precisely because the Zema approval caught him with his pants round his ankles!

Lets keep this simple

What Ab would have us believe

Over 10 years of acquisitions,
multiple external due diligence exercises
professional advice and
a few Nomads,
not to mention the entire BMR BOD

was worthless...........and MA was totally responsible and totally deceitful and corrupt

Oh and its not worth doing anything about it...........PMSL

I predicted there would be a substantial write down in an attempt to trash the assets and share price and then sell the company cheap to all his mates.

Guess what, part 1 unfolds and part 2 has started, all his mates are being appointed.

Strange isn't it that Bailey waited until the LSML was granted before bringing in his mate declaring MA had lost his memory and orchestrating this accounts hole as an excuse to suspend etc.

I wonder when MA really started losing his memory........

I'll be moving a resolution for a no confidence in the Chairman and the Board, immediate removal and the appointment of a BOD voted in by the majority of shareholders.

I'm surprised at you BALLS, after your total support for MA and what he was doing always having a go at me when I said he couldn't manage a company. Do you really believe him to be a total con man and be an idiot in spending 10 years buying worthless assets?

LOLsss

- GBP 9.3 million pretax loss in the year ended June 30, 2014 (compared with a GBP 2.6 million pretax loss in the prior financial year).

- It recorded no revenue in either of the two financial years. Administrative expenses rose to GBP3.0 million from GBP 1.5 million.

- Impairment charges for writedowns and provisions rose to GBP4.6 million from GBP 984,307. Share based payments increased to GBP 1.7 million from GBP 113,718.

The company says the principal reasons for the increase in administrative expenses are: - an increase in foreign exchange differences of £790,000

- an increase in depreciation and amortisation of £353,000

- payment for separate broking services of £215,00

- settlement of £120,000 on the departure in early 2011 of a former director

웃❤2976; What a GREAT chairman (in Alex Brolli)....that we NOW have ^__^

Well done for the financial 'clear up' *__*

...with the assets now in hand ('thanks' to Masouds unusual ways!)...i firmly believe in AB's resilience to progress the company further ^__^

Just be aware though [...quote...] "The Company may, however, require additional funding to complete the financing of a new processing plant at Kabwe for the tailings."

LJC I agree, but at the same time MA is responsible, it wouldn't have happened without his say so.
Its funny (not really), but looking at what we have now WPS and LPS as only viable resources, we could have started processing years ago with the small scale license. A complete waste of shareholders time, trust and more to the point money. Absolute scandal.

Are the FCA going to investigate what went on here? It seems to me that settlement should not be in the current boards hands, if there has been misappropriation of shareholder funds.
