15/1/2019 10:23 | I can sense recovery at last! IMO | hazl
14/1/2019 12:35 | Yes its all to play for! | hazl
14/1/2019 11:58 | All sounds promising. These were 2.4p a year ago and we are in better shape now than then so no reason why they can't reach at least that again. | encarter
14/1/2019 11:43 | I couldn't make the conference call so waiting for it to appear online but here are some comments courtesy of Sonic80 on LSE: 'Line from Kimberley for conference call unfortunately a bit noisy. But the bits I caught sounded very positive: Mining operations going well. Minimal downtime expected in 2019. No staffing issues with increasing to 24/7, 7-day week operations, which will see 40% increase in throughput. Value of diamonds in resource worth over $124 million. Only mined less than 5% of resource so far. Other mine acquisitions also expected in due course. Grades improving all the time, and also numbers of individual stones worth over $10k increasing as well. 25 in 2018, compared to 18 in 2017, and less than 10 the years before that.' | homebrewruss
12/1/2019 13:11 | Hazl I've submitted one about potential bottlenecks in their process once they go up to 7 days a week. Would be great if anyone else has some interesting questions to submit. Not sure I can make the call but apparently a recording will be posted. | homebrewruss
12/1/2019 12:17 | 'We will be holding a shareholder conference call on Monday 14th, shareholders are invited to submit questions ahead of the call, click ....' | hazl
11/1/2019 10:02 | yes its a good little company in my opinion...good luck with the extra! | hazl
11/1/2019 09:27 | bought quite a few more this morning (for me). Seems a great price at the moment with what will hopefully be a profitable year coming. | homebrewruss
10/1/2019 16:54 | Also always a chance of finding that one big stone which would be a game changer in its self. | encarter
10/1/2019 16:45 | Good find Russ. He does say something about giving some returns to shareholders by the end of 2019. Once they start to pay a divi it will be a massive transformation for the company. | encarter
10/1/2019 16:35 | Thanks encarter. Would be interested to see your notes/calcs. It looks like the grades should be better than in my calcs plus they are due to start working 7 days a week next month so their should be a good increase in output/grades and hopefully profit from my calcs. | homebrewruss
10/1/2019 16:28 | I'm at work so don't have my notes with me but I recall calculating in October that IF all goes to plan with the higher grades and the expected slight rise in diamond prices we would achieve a profit of around £1m which would mean a reasonable share price of anywhere between 2p and 4p imho. | encarter
10/1/2019 16:26 | new proactive interview: | homebrewruss
10/1/2019 14:54 | Thanks homebrews they were certainly working up to the higher grade zones from memory,so it's valid to assume better quality. I ought to look at it again now it's doing better. The figures that is. | hazl
10/1/2019 14:32 | $960,000 profit on a market cap of just over £1.4m would certainly be impressive. | cf456
10/1/2019 14:06 | I'm just trying to work out how they get the Carats per tonne figure to try and extrapolate a possible profit figure for 2019 I can't work it out from the KPI's. I assumed that: Tonnes / Carats = Cpht ..but that doesn't work at all using the figures in hazl's post above. Presumably there is another figure not shown that's required to work this out. Edit: I was missing the fact that Cpht is per hundred tonnes so need to divide tonnes by 100 first. It's still not matching the figures in the table exactly but probably close enough | homebrewruss
10/1/2019 13:53 | It is looking like they will become a profitable company in 2019. Perhaps that could form part of a question? What are plans for profits, do they see a divi payment in the future? | encarter
10/1/2019 13:32 | Nice update. Good news on increasing grades and also the increase in production capacity next month. does anyone have any plans to submit any questions for the conference call? | homebrewruss
10/1/2019 13:13 | Adam Waugh, CEO commented, "2018 has seen good progress for BlueRock with both production and the recovered grade increasing significantly. The results from our second kimberlite pipe, KV1, which came on stream in June last year, and from the undiluted levels of our first kimberlite pipe, KV2, have shown a marked increase in grade, which we expect to continue into 2019. Our move to 365-day operations is expected to start in February and is expected to give us around 40% additional plant availability. This, coupled with a consistently improving grade profile, makes the outlook for 2019 very encouraging. It is hoped that the operational improvements seen over the last two years and further improvements planned will now translate into generating value for shareholders."
