Sure but the macro picture is always vital to any interest.
Commodities will have their day again but when is always the question.
I don't mind waiting.
Sure we would rather it was sooner rather than later but that's how it goes.

YES VERY UPBEAT!
We are in the holiday season, but this is a welcome reminder that those higher grade pipes are coming up and it looks good to me.
All we need is the sector as a whole to liven up and then it would all fall into place.
In my humble opinion of course.
I might be disappointed with the share-price but not the company.

There should be a placing to replace the expensive debt - "terms of the Loan are fair and reasonable" in what world is 40% annual reasonable?


arrangement fee = 5%
annual interest rate = 11%
monthly repayment premium = 2% of loan principle

ignoring the compounding effects
So if loan for 6 months
5% + 0.5 x 11 % + 6 x 2 % = 22.5%

loan for a year
5% + 11 % + 12 x 2 % = 40% annual rate!!!!!

loan for maximum 2 years
5% + 3 x 11 % + 36 x 2 %


RNS "an arrangement fee of 5 per cent. of the loan principal; interest payable of 11 per cent. per annum on the loan principal payable quarterly, 6 per cent. payable in cash and the remaining 5 per cent. payable by a combination of cash and shares (at the Company's sole discretion); a repayment premium at an amount equal to 2 per cent. of the loan principal per month that the Loan is outstanding"
