Dhb, the 40 million shares you mentioned above relates solely the £2 million each that the Denmark and Greenland governments put into Bluejay. The recent placing to the institutions etc was added to the 854 million previously

Snowy. No offence taken. I am often wrong!, but the latest 'Results of General Meeting RNS states "Following Admission, there will be a total of 969,969,397 ordinary shares in issue." i.e 40m more than the 929M on HSBC announcement.

Date of transaction 9th December. RNS also shows the number of shares issued as circa 929 million (post money raise with prior issued shares circa 854 million). Therefore I agree with you citytilde (no offence intended dhb).

I went to the meeting. I came away relaxed.

As far as the exploitation permit is concerned, the authorities in Greenland are exercising full due diligence or belting and bracing the application. They are entitled to raise queries but everything has to be translated into English, Danish and Greenlandic and that takes time. The general feeling on the part of the board is that provided they deal with answers to queries properly the application will be approved.

There is nothing to suggest that the authorities are opposed to mining. If one thinks about it, there is nothing wrong with a careful approach, applications will be treated properly on merit which will avoid applications lacking merit being granted which we would not want.

Finally matters are proceeding well concerning Disko but for reasons of commercial sensitivity no details were provided.

City - I initially thought that but this RNS is prior to the dilution and based upon the original 929M shares in issue. So a disposal of around 9M shares.

As you say, probably not hugely relevant.

Yes HSBC look to have sold about 2 million as their holding has gone down from 85 million in April to about 83 million now. The percentage that HSBC hold looks to have gone down mainly due to the recent 10% increase in the number of shares that Bluejay now have in issue. I wouldn't read too much into it.

Bluejay CEO Roderick McIllree said,"2020 will be a busy year as we look to hit multiple development horizons and project milestones including the receipt our exploitation licence at Dundas and the commencement of our drilling campaigns on our nickel-copper-platinum Disko-Nuussuaq Project and the zinc-lead- silver Kangerluarsuk Project".

No mention of the results(RM said he expected would be in Q1-2020) of the Bulk sample sent to RTIT.

Makes me more optimistic that any good news will 100% be reflected in share price
