Interesting and that is on top of Challenge Holdings. They have 2 land areas the a Mineral Exploration Licence which only just started on the 25th September. This is on top of Algo American of course.

Companies House shows Challenge Holdings are a non trading company set up in 2018 and with one Director - Sebastion Andrew Marr. Suspect a front to somebody else for the MEL?

Disko area is looking very busy now with licences and applications, but Jay has the best locations of course!

First two licences put in, in July with an apparant "3" month turnaround time.

Yes, I picked up on that 'currently 100% owned by us' snippet too, triple B. Thanks too for your thoughts, kemismelt - not really despondent, but equally not one for complacency either - until the horse crosses the finishing line (in satisfactory health eg not limping etc!) then one can never fully rest :) Still long.

I'm sometimes guilty of the rose tinted specs, but think it's coming. It's possible to criticise RM for previous gung ho interviews, overoptimism, unrealistic timescales, etc etc. BUT he's never (in my view) been frivolous with our money; the finances have always been carefully managed. Given that, surely he wouldn't be expanding our licences, putting drilling programmes in place and hiring new management level staff, without having a good idea where the money is coming from.

We all know about the possibilities with RTIT but that will have to wait for the licence application and the smelter tests to play out; RM can't hurry that up. But what were First Berlin doing dropping in on us? Presumably not just a social call. We also know that JAY are exploring European funding streams.

Finally don't forget we have a second major in Anglo on our doorstep, who are well aware that we had first pickings at Disko. They might like to be involved in those areas that are "currently" 100% owned by us (to borrow an expression).

Yep, the RTS's are a killer. Luckily I am a glass half empty person by nature, so occasionally mistaken for a shorter or 'manipulator' when I make bear cases on stocks I own or am seriously targeting to invest in (because no company is 100% secure, especially with a long term horizon as the focal point and small caps in particular of course). Bluejay was one of my earliest AIM investments (bought virtually at the all time top!) and have been averaging down since then, including a shade above the all time low; now averaging a little under the current 'year high' and hoping my continued faith will not be an example of sunken cost fallacy. I have learnt that I have a high threshold for risk and paper losses, and indeed can also handle crystallizing fairly heavy losses when I see that as the right move to sell out and move on (rightly and wrongly on occasions to date). I do like the story here, but not as much as boring fundamentals like funding and hopefully sales and plentiful profit before too long.

I don't like wearing rose tinted specs, 30 years of investing experience has taught me to be a cynical, sceptical old so and so (not that old) and wearing the RTSs is bad for your wealth !

I can list out ALL the positives but i'd like some solutions to the F word.

Tick, tock.

LWHL,I agree re skin in the game, a rare occurrence within the AIM companies !Funding = strong foundations, non dilutive funding that is ! Strong foundations and prospective acreage = what we're looking for ?

Xclusive2 and Kemismelt - notice I cited 'if' in quoting Rod's bullish statement and also suggested I would like to see some share buying too (not those bulky freebies some companies love to award to senior staff irrespective of actual performance). We know what needs to be achieved in the short term - the required deal after sample analysis (must know soon, surely?) /JV plus licence permit is not going to be forgotten by LTH's with this other news.

Kemismelt has a point regardless of knowing the exact cost of Dundas shipping project.Good to see that they are progressing DNK with a view to starting exploration in 2020 but where's the project funding ? Also good that they've appointed an Exploration Manager who has good links and knowledge in Greenland but he has to be funded as does any project. More observations, he is a young man, a colourful CV with a number of jobs to date, was MD of his own company but I can't see much about that on the web and any success from it. I suspect if he was successful then he wouldn't be working for JAY ? A bit like RM, Geologists don't always make good leaders and he's made some errors of late with RTIT and timescale management has been poor at best.Easy to wear the rose tinted specs and great to see the onward planning but I'd like to see the commercial case ie how this is getting funded and I'd expect to see something shortly !I can't believe that RM is continuing to resource up if he hasn't secured a deal, European funding so let's hope he's commercially more astute than I'm giving him credit for.

I cut this bullish statement from your post "as long as 'success at all levels' is achieved" for needed comment. While I am not qualified to comment on Disko-Nuussuaq and Kangerluarsuk, the Dundas Ilmenite Project is a different cup of tea! Just digging up a shipload of low-value ROM-HMS on the shore and dumping it in Canada just outside RTIT gate at great cost to the shareholder is not what I would call success. Success is when dollars start ringing in the till or a valuable take-over of Dundas Titanium A/S by RTIT is announced. We should not forget that we are burning candle at both ends by increasing cash-burn on the ilmenite project when the all important exploitation licence keeps drifting further away.

Yes, a good profile it seems. Would like to see him buy some shares out of his own pocket ideally, but as long as 'success at all levels' is achieved, in another welcome and bullish statement from Rod, then it matters not. Lets see how the market reacts to this news in the next few days...

What an impressive testimony from the new Exploration Manager. Well worth repeating:

Exploration Manager Joshua Hughes commented: "Having been an exploration geologist in Greenland over much of the last decade, I'm now delighted to be working with Rod and the team at Bluejay, who I regard as the leaders in exploration and discovery in Greenland. I am fortunate to be working alongside a high calibre group of seasoned expert explorers, the collective experience of which is unmatched by any other operator in Greenland.

"The rapid advancement of the Dundas Ilmenite Project, at a speed which is unparalleled by Greenland standards, demonstrates the Company's dynamic exploration strategy. I am confident that we can repeat this success at Disko-Nuussuaq and Kangerluarsuk as we prepare for maiden drill programmes to test these two exceptional and compelling base metal projects. Wherever Bluejay has taken up ground, others have quickly followed. This is testament to the quality, scale and value creation potential of the Company's portfolio. I look forward to maintaining our first mover advantage as we continue to assess other large-scale opportunities throughout this highly underexplored country."

Roll out is starting by the looks of things.Confirms that MdB has been chosen as the European pilot mine (so MLs would seem to be a non issue) and says that a processing plant is on the cards by 2023 though unconfirmed siting as yet.Huge amount of info making good reading. Finally there is something positive.
