03/12/2019 09:47 | Xclue - you spoke too soon, 13% dilution has caused a 14% drop in share price, so far. Timing your next buy is the short term trick, catch the bottom of this dilution or will any news pop up before March on Licence (bit of a given) Deal (come on Tinto) Mine Funding (geeese is that £200m required, where does that come from, and on what terms?) or surprise, surprise? I wondered if it was a softening in the spot price for Ilmenite as Kenmare have drifted down 10% recently, but I can not find or do not have access to any current or futures based Ilmenite pricing. | borromini1
03/12/2019 09:01 | Not expecting JAY to drop back by this much and not aware of anything which would cause a couple of million sold today (so far) and yesterday e.g. there was no holding period on the fund raising and price was stable after the 25th November for the firm placing (subscription shares admission due around 12th December). Could be just swings and roundabouts or a seller around (multiple 100K sell trades) selling for their own reason. Update: That looks the answer with 2 x 2.2M delayed trades. Don't think that is a rollover at all. | perfect choice
02/12/2019 18:17 | Tempted and took the bait. Took a profit slice on BCN and topped up here. | bighairyspider
02/12/2019 16:55 | Yep, somebody(s) unloading a few. Expected to see a 9p ish price, 8.7p is the discounted price from the dilution but obviously need to counter that with the cash in bank. Poor news on 'Punter' stocks like HUR and I3E will be forcing leveraged players out and some may be forced sellers on other stocks held, who know ? Tempted to add a few more but will keep the powder dry just in case. | xclusive2

02/12/2019 13:19 | Rampair/PC, The money needs to be used wisely, as you both stated, priorities first in order to facilitate the next bit of traction from the larger players. Being solvent and not having the 'Going Concern' question in play does help negotiations with the big boys. As per the smelter test, where did the other shipment go ? As stated PC, need to spend the money wisely at Disko especially as the wagons are camped on the periphery. Hopefully early operational activity generates the results needed to highlight the 'jewels' in that Disko Diva's tiara. | xclusive2
02/12/2019 12:05 | I also consider the money raised is at a tactical level to generate enough drilling results at JAYs 2 targets to demonstrate to others the viability of these 2 prospects such that they will fund into a JV for both of them. So just spend enough to gain the interest you need to bring in a major partner for the serious drilling volume to get to JORC level resource. Suspect the interest is already there but they want to see those first drill results before committing. | perfect choice
02/12/2019 11:05 | Xclusive, I think your point is well made, the fact that the company got away a placing and kept the share price in the same range is good news I think in this market. The Dilution Being digested is a good thing. The best bit is that our spending, such as it is, has the advantages of being assisted by entities that know where Greenlands best mineral potential lies. On top of which I think the short term price drivers of Licence, smelter test and the data coming in from Disko will help maintain our value & see the hoped for price strength. R. | rampair
02/12/2019 08:53 | Cash in the bank to ensure that the story continues. Not enough to do loads of exploration work at Disko etc so we're in stall mode over the next few months until exploitation licence or a surprise announcement re any deal/collaboration. Not easy to get a Placing off in the mining sector, cash in the bank, dilution of c 13% so the share price will probably sit between 9 & 10p until next news flow. | xclusive2

30/11/2019 09:26 | Another BBC news article giving Bluejay key prominance as major players in Greenlandic mineral exploration and extraction projects. Shame the author, Laurence Peter, makes a schoolboy error when he referred to the Greenlandic and Danish Government investment funds as firms, it takes away some of the kudos. Danes see Greenland security risk amid Arctic tensions London-based Bluejay Mining is developing a mine to extract ilmenite at Dundas near Thule Air Base. Ilmenite is the main ore for producing titanium. Danish and Greenlandic firms have bought stakes in the ilmenite mine. Bluejay says it is developing two other mines in Greenland: a huge nickel-copper-platin The gist of the article is that Bluejay now has the Danish navy as their minders in addition to the Yanks at Thule Air Base. | borromini1

28/11/2019 22:21 | Apologies BBB, I thought u meant total holding. | xclusive2
28/11/2019 17:56 | 132m odd in total. Exactly 28,500,000 extra in the placing. Anyway, it's a good vote of confidence! Nice for them to get some "cheap" shares. As I recall their biggest purchase was back in 2017 at 12p and they had a load more at 22p in Feb 2018. | bigboyblue
28/11/2019 17:23 | I think you meant 130m BBB. Obviously spent £2m in the recent Placing so 17% of the Placing to them. Good to see the bigger players taking part as opposed to selling ! | xclusive2
28/11/2019 16:45 | Yes, nearly 30m. | bigboyblue
28/11/2019 16:23 | Looks like M&G took another major chunk | monts12
27/11/2019 12:58 | Why has the share price dipped after the update that Sand Grove have increased their holding here? I would have thought the market would consider it to be fairly positive news. Hey ho, of no consequence to my thinking anyway. | lovewinshatelosses
25/11/2019 12:10 | Karsten Høy, CEO Greenland Holding - Full Speech - October 2019 He spoke during the Plenary Session titled "Greenland: Open For Business" at the ArcticCircle2019 Assembly "In business to make business" Then the 20th November RNS from Bluejay Mining: Karsten Høy, CEO of Greenland Venture said, "We are very pleased to be part of Bluejay through this Fundraising as we consider the Company to be a leader in Greenland's emerging mining sector. 25/11/2019 06:46 | Mainly about rare earths, but titanium is also on the US list of critical minerals and anyway, it's worth posting for the photos. | bigboyblue |
