Posted at 30/6/2025 12:21 by purchaseatthetop when the BMV share price was 1.175p. 16/3/22 Amala Foods plc RNSAidan Bishop, Director, Amala Foods Plc, commented: "As we close out the due diligence period, Amala Foods anticipates being in a position within the very near future of signing the SPA to acquire the entire issued share capital of Terra Rara UK Ltd and a complete rebirth of the listed vehicle. I am confident that following solid expressions of interest of finance provision in bringing this opportunity to fruition that shareholders in the company stand on the cusp of a new and exciting beginning". 9/6/25 RNS BMV Bluebird Executive Director and Interim CEO Aidan Bishop said, "I am very pleased after many years to see the first real monetisation event for our shareholders now coming to imminent conclusion. Successfully concluding this agreement at our flagship Philippine project will be a significant milestone in creating value without assuming any downside risk. In addition, discussions around our 'digital gold' strategy are also advancing on numerous fronts and I am hopeful of being able to provide further market updates in short order of real tangible, rapid progression of this complementary strategy. I believe that Bluebird sits on the threshold of a new rebirth and very exciting future" Clearly BMV will share the same exciting future as DISH. Which is going down. |
Posted at 26/6/2025 07:05 by someuwin 26 June 2025Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd ('Bluebird' or 'the Company') Prospectus drafting commencement to raise a minimum £10m Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd., a pan Asian gold project development company, is pleased to announce that following the implementation of the new "digital" gold + physical gold married strategy, the Company has now commenced the drafting process of a new prospectus with a view to raising a minimum of £10 million at what we anticipate to be a premium to the current share price. Following yesterday's announcement regarding the zero percent interest, £2 million funding facility which is convertible at the investor's election at a base price of 2p per share and, in recent days, unprecedented multiple offers from various sources of equity capital at a premium to the stock price, the Company intends to quickly build further upon this foundation and the market's enthusiastic uptake of our newly focused approach. Subject to approval of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Secondary Prospectus could be completed in an anticipated 8 weeks maximum and, if successful, would enable the Company to deploy substantial investment capital into its 'gold + digital gold' strategy and enjoy "first mover" advantage in this space. The UK marketplace at present does now allow investors to enjoy the potential benefits of the historical and well entrenched stability of gold as an inflation proof store of value being married with the upside potential of the crypto space's number one institutionally backed coin - Bitcoin, from one investment offering. The Company believes that the approach of combining risk adjusted gold and silver streaming revenues with a professionally managed Bitcoin Treasury approach will receive a premium multiple valuation as has been evidenced by pure Bitcoin Treasury plays such as Strategy and Metaplanet. The crypto space is constantly evolving with the regulatory acceptance of this asset class globally becoming commonplace and derived demand for products that provide investors exposure to this only likely to increase in the Company's view. The added benefit of publishing a prospectus is that it will ensure that the Company's headroom i.e. its capacity to raise future capital, is refreshed and thus is not temporarily restricted which will empower the Company to increase its digital asset base further in the future at an accelerated pace - an increasingly important factor as the available pool of newly mined Bitcoin becomes ever more scarce. Given the much larger global capital pool that emanates from the U.S., the Company is also currently investigating the avenue of a simultaneous listing of the Company's shares on the US Nasdaq OTCQB. A further announcement in this regard will be made in the near future. From Monday, the Company will have three Non-Executive Directors, with Sath Ganesarajah as Non-Executive Chairman, alongside Jonathan Morley-Kirk and Cédric Simonet. Bluebird Executive Director and Interim CEO Aidan Bishop said, "Ahead of our new Chairman Sath Ganesarajah formally joining the Board on Monday we continue to rapidly recalibrate Bluebird towards our pioneering 'gold + digital gold' strategy. The Company has also commenced an onboarding process with a leading institution for bitcoin trade execution and safe custody services which will be essential as we develop the business further. As I prepare to hand the baton of the Company over to a new CEO in the coming weeks, I have never been more excited with regards to the future of Bluebird." |
Posted at 25/6/2025 12:32 by greenlane78 Some people did not agree with me on 20th June when I expected that the share price would move up to the 0.8-0.9 area. It has well exceeded my expectation. |
Posted at 19/6/2025 09:42 by oliversydney I decided to get out now with a,small profit considering the share price was .225 a few weeks ago and not impressed by the fund raise and warrants at .23It seems obvious to me that there will be no cash element received with the Philippine deal as why do the fund raise now Any royalty received will take years to come so basically gone up based on the word Bitcoin! |
Posted at 18/6/2025 11:53 by greenlane78 I reckon that the directors know that there is far more promise and money to be made if the company were to change its business focus to Bitcoin or AI, with its share price multiplying. Mining is a lengthy and expensive business requiring a lot of capital. It is best to be left for the majors.Over the next few months the company will divest of all its mining interests or operatorship, retaining only a royalty basis without the burden of cost whilst using its remaining cash resources on Bitcoin and/or AI sectors. That will transform its rating valuation. One to watch. |
Posted at 10/6/2025 09:27 by determined Greenlane,Only if people like yourself continue to fund it for the next two years!! What expertise do they have in Bitcoin mining? TW is promoting this hard in his bearcasts again, a sign they are desperate to get the share price up. |
Posted at 05/6/2025 13:21 by kingston78 I am speculating that the impending cash sale of the company's Philippines project (with a free carry interest) will be around £1.5 million. That covers 3/4 of the entire market capitalisation of the company despite a stellar rise so far today. I therefore reason that the share price will continue to rise to 0.8 p or even 1 p. The beauty is that the company will have money in the bank, retaining an interest in the gold project but without the burden of cost and labour, whilst there is a small chance of getting something back from the projects in South Korea. In summary, there is still a significant upside from here. |
Posted at 05/6/2025 12:36 by greenlane78 The share price will double from here to 0.8 p soon. |
Posted at 28/5/2025 10:57 by determined BMV is illiquid, so if the JV partner buys Bluebird shares "like a madman", they would be driving the price up against themselves! So, in that respect, it would truly be a madman. Better to wait BMV out. |
Posted at 27/5/2025 16:02 by gisjob2 Never owned shares in this before but surely even a fire sale price for BMV's share of the Batangas project is worth more than the current share buy price of around 0.28, should they decide/need to sell?.A possible profit for a small brave punt? 50/50 I guess, where the daily price is irrelevant but selling the project is key. |
