Why would they want to sell placing shares unless they are confident that any fresh news wont raise the share price above what they are getting now. Surely better to wait?
A bit peeved that we are down on what appears to be largely buying yesterday and today.

Just bought some today for the first time. I have been looking for some SMALL gold companies so have added this to my existing ones which are ARCM,SHG and SOLG. All the people that I follow believe we are entering a GOLD bull market. I believe it is the small companies that are VERY NEAR to production that are the ones to go for. Lets face it if the market cracks you need something to act as a hedge, all IMHO of course GLA

This will soon fly IMO as news progresses on production. Highly promising that the 3 directors have bought big in the placement

At least they didn't issue themselves warrants as in the last raise of 15/11/18 where they emphasised its 'premium' nature 4 times within the text.

Joint brokers as well now I see

This is an example of what the rest of AIM/ small cap LSE co's directors should do - participate in all placings - put your money where your mouth is

One good point here is they don't require an expensive long timeframe BFS report to be used as a funding requirement on exploration mines - DEBT funding will be open to them on these 2 mines

first gold in 4Q19, just in 6 months time

Onwards and upwards now...I'm very pleased they have successfully raised money and even more pleased that the directors have participated in the raise. Good on them. Shows that they have skin in the game and want this to succeed

Yup, doubtful they'd stump up the best part of £200k if they weren't confident that all was well. Great opportunity presenting itself

Promising news and encouraging the board members participated although it looks like they arranged a good deal. There will obviously be need for more fund raising before production but hopefully there will be good appreciation in share price so it can minimise dilution

Looks as though good progress is being made. Very disappointing placing price, but at least the board continue to open their wallets..

At Kochang I think they are hoping to haul out some previously cut ore to begin with. The biggest initial cost may be the processing plant. I would guess though that there will be unforseen costs along the way. Are people confident of the directors? I have some reservations about Aidan Bishop and Mitchell Tarr who seems to be connected to the controlling Fiske share holding. Patterson and Barclay seem ok.
