Probably a leak re: permits. How distressed must anyone be to sell at this level when it has just clear short-term bagging potential.

Given the amount of lifting (clearing of stale holders) we've seen this could move up v nicely.

Thank you cr, I can easily see which partner you prefer. Over the years I have had some disappointments in the metals resources sector investing in companies that seem to have amazing assets, yet have failed to focus enough to develope them. Bluebird do seem well focused and a good possibility to realise significant value. These gold companies seem very cheap by historical measures.

In this market trying to fund a dozen plus projects is a fools strategy resulting in endless dilution, stick with BMV - simple, focused, path to production . Also another thing to add is that southern gold with their dozen plus tenements will need so much more money than Bluebird will ever need! BMV is the winner in all of this END OF.....

Thank you cr, quite interesting view as on the surface SAU seem to have more diverse projects both further in Korea and also in Australia. I did also hear somewhere that they are frustrated with their valuation in Australia and are looking to dual list in London, if it’s true they will be worth looking out for.
The focus is key though and I agree there’s better prospects in having a few less capital intensive projects than risking considerable dilution of value which happens so often in the mining sector.

I believe they have little chance of funding all their projects and better to invest into bmv as more focused and less capital intensive. BMV the one to play and the Korean assets IMO defiantly the jewel in SAU crown.

By March-April there should be some news re mining permits in S Korea, so hopefully some progress with the share price by end April, 3 months period

Has anyone thought of the merits of buying into Southern Gold, BMV's partner in Australia.? The market cap looks very low, and they have further projects in S Korea and also Australia

I keep buying a few; want to get up to 1 million shares in the near future. Very good risk/reward; gold appears to be heading in one direction over the next 2-3 years...
highly geared
