I'm sure many people were over-geared going into this pandemic

Yeah, probably loaded up too much on loo roll, no powder left for food!

It’s not at all significant, he probably didn’t want to sell but needed the money for something unexpected

It does look a bit desperate to have to sell £5,000 worth of shares due to "covid-19"!

Surely someone in his position isn't hard up for £5K?

It's pathetic. The bloke is a prized clown and he needs to be removed . He offers ZERO value to this company. Idiot

I'm sure many people were over-geared going into this pandemic - seems our Chairman must have been one of them...

Hidden in the RNSColin Patterson, Charles Barclay and Aidan Bishop would like to provide assurance to shareholders that despite the Covid-19 pandemic they will not be seeking to dispose of any shares due to their collective belief that the shares are materially undervalued given the positive announcement on 26 March 2020.

I'm hoping a steady rise over the next month - we are finally on track - for me 5 to 6p is fair value until we get funding signed off then up to double digits

Depending if the financial party backers belive the story here (can't see why not as they should be providing the ST finance) then see little reason for not converting the warrants at 1.3p to get the uplift return on capital, rather than get the 5% interest over 5 months or 1% return pm

15,384,615 warrants have been issued to the Loan Provider with an exercise price of 1.3p per share and a maturity of two years. In the event the warrants are exercised the proceeds will be deducted from the Loan Amount.

Patience is the key here I have been holding these for ages and at last we seem to be in the right place at the right time. We have the gold , finance and wherewithal to get mining. Just as the world is printing money and GOLD is set to take off.
