Great news today - Time to buy gold in anyway you can as we are heading into recession and gold has always been the go to commodity when going into recession

Great to see this news. Onward and upwards hopefully. Good also to see that SK are emerging from the coronavirus outbreak. They seem to have managed that really well.

I'm in Spain and it's not good at all and am into 2nd week of lock down. Stay safe all.

I’m optimistic as they are hardly going to formally announce funding then a month later, say they were unsuccessful..... I envisage a further announcement in c. 4-6 weeks to confirm its in the bag.

The short term funding is also good, for obvious reasons.

I’ve been vocal of late in terms of the lack of progress but I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel, or should that be, mine shaft!

I still think the company needs to do more on the news front but funding will enable more news flow on pre production activities. The Kores funded drilling is also there still to activate.

It will also be informative to understand exactly what Southern Gold are bringing to the party in terms of their 50% ownership.

Looking at where we are and assuming things now progress as planned this time last year, production in Q1 2021 looks possible and for the next 5 years I’d be surprised to see the gold price below $1500 average , based on the helicopter money now being thrown by most governments to stave off a depression and what looks like a macro picture of inflation being stoked up by the trillions of $ being created from thin air.

BMV , along with ALTN are my 2 biggest investments , also have a small stake in GRL + several resource “ bottom drawer” stocks with a lot of financial pain attached to them...if copper and lithium (EV’s) prices recover, maybe I will get something back...

All the best

cool,

So it's not a done deal then, otherwise they wouldn't need to put in that "standard waiver", would they?

Re funding secured - "Whilst the company is optimistic for a positive outcome there can be no guarantee that this will be successful."
