yeh doing a lot of digging,

reckon its a little gem..

No debt, cash of £1.26m as of 30th June 2012 (I reckon cash burn is about £50k a momth imho - so probably £750k-£1m left, and 37m shares in WSX.

Mkk cap is £2m...

The New BOD are hard hitters from ORA capital - who are no mugs and have deep pockets and just bought back about £7m worth of ORA shares...

Something about to happen in my opinion..

Seems very strange for someone to fabricate an article.

However going forward it does not matter...

I can find no link to the Belize applications that have been posted on various sites.

So I have spoke to Sam Fletcher of Oil and Gas Journal where he talks about BBE's application for 2 licenses in Belize. He did not write the article that appeared to start on iii

Very strange...

I note the director buys on WSX RNS's this morning.

Any uplift in WSX is all good for BBE

About 80% of the BBE Mkt Cap is covered by the WSX holding.

Anyone got any idea of the cash position of BBE? - I know it was £1.2m at end of June. I did mail the chairman and ask a few questions but got no reply..

I hope they get on with it and do something decent, that's likely why the price cant rise until any deal is done.

Let's get on with it.

Based on ORA capital portfolio of companies - it could be anything.

They have the ability to issue shares, without asking shareholders, so I imagine they won't hang around imho..

All resolutions passed, current BOD can issue shares without asking existing shareholders.

Would expect some investments going forward with ORA on board
