FX yes that is correct and was last position they stated,so already at a massive
discount. And also worth knowing that WSX are currently involved with a multi
billion barrel drill with some oil majors. So another potential bonus coming
here!

So is that right that bluebird still have 37m shares in WSX and cash of around
£1.3m ? would mean this had a book value of near to 1p as things stand.

stoxline...totally agree,Ora have bought back own shares twice recently and
for a company that seems to have very little activity in general is a odd
thing to do (unless were involved with some deals ).

shaun the thing that looks telling is ORA CAPITAL buying own shares back when
it seems not much has been going on there for a while.James golightly is a
non exec director there but they hold 25% of bluebird shares so it would be
more than likely any major new project that bluebird were doing may involve
them.Belize looks a good place for them with NEW finding oil as well now.

OIL AND GAS JOURNAL

Belize moving on up

Monday 3rd December 2012 - 1.48pm

By Sam Fletcher

Belize has been a hard nut to crack for oil &gas explorers historically but in recent times some notable discoveries have been made and new investment is now starting to move into the territory. The first discovery of petroleum and gas deposits in Belize was made by Belize Natural Energy Ltd in 2005 when the first well in spanish lookout began producing and has seen its production now reach 5,000+ barrels per day. Attention has recently been turned to london aim listed New World oil & gas who are currently drilling / exploring a series of wells on its flagship Blue Creek project, the company recently updated investors with news of the maiden B Crest prospect encountering an active hydrocarbon system. Activity on the license front has also been steadily increasing with a number of new exploration licenses being applied for from a combination of mainly US and UK listed companies, among which are Marathon Oil Corp with three applications and london aim listed Bluebird Energy with two applications.

Belize now looks set to be a major draw for oil & gas explorers with attractive tax regimes and modest local labour costs adding to the many attractions of the country.

sammy - yes they have 37.05m shares still in WSX and £1.28m in cash so near to
1p in raw asset value.Think the connection to belize would be with chairman +
Ora capital and a number of licenses up for grabs there!

some very interesting reading chaps - and the connections with Ora Capital
holding 25% of shares here could well be a tie up on a play in belize.Am

with new world oil and gas also ? maybe worth a dig around of the BOD,s
involved.

"F o T, i think i may have found something else of interest , bluebird chairman
James Golightly is also on the board of Ora Capital partners who own 25% of
Bluebird shares, well today Ora Capital conducted a "share buy back" of their
own shares which normally indicates a company think something significant is
going to change their prospects.I think BBE is now in play ( see below ).

F o T,this gets more interesting the more i look into this, there are certainly
some big hitters involved here and some well connected people on both sides.
Maybe BBE have been more active lately than appears and could have been working
away on this deal :-)

As i said earlier bluebird are in a great position to move on a new asset with
NO DEBT and cash / investments worth double the current share price Just the situation
for an aim junior to get themselves in for a move into the bigger league.

Hi Shaun, I was very impressed with the cv of the chairman of ORA, and the last paragraph just stuck in my mind

Richard Griffiths, Executive Chairman
Richard Griffiths has been a director of a number of private and publicly owned companies. In 2000, Richard founded and was chairman of Evolution Capital Limited. He was an executive director of The Evolution Group Plc, the investment bank listed on the Official List and was executive chairman from March 2001 until May 2005. During this period The Evolution Group Plc acquired Beeson Gregory Group plc and progressed to become a constituent of the FTSE 250 index and a diversified financial group. In November 2005, Richard founded ORA. He has extensive experience of company management, equity capital markets, corporate finance and restructurings. He has also been active as an investor in small and emerging companies.

F o T, i think we may have just found a massive clue that something is going on
with bluebird and Ora and two oil prospects in belize. For example could BBE and
ORA share the ownership of some oil and gas assets in belize with ORA funding
the development ? If you look at Ora,s recent news you will see they have been
buying back alot of their own shares and they own 25% of bluebird, and of course
James Golightly is chairman of bluebird and on the board of Ora.

If any of this hits the news wires you can add a nought to current share price here !
