AGM is tues 11th Dec, for whoever was asking last week.

The special resolutions are:

to authorise directors to allot relevant securities

to enable the directors to allot equity securities for cash without offering them to existing shareholders first

to authorise the company to purchase its own shares

It sounds like the BOD mean business going forward.. hoping for news after AGM

It might be interesting if ORA announced they had increased their holding, we are also due IMO more board members.

Old but might come in useful, Production Sharing Agreement in place with Belize Natural Energy Limited, the license might be a gov one as per Natural Energy Limited
