dt lol cant be crazy maths...

ive given you £649k approx..and a piece of paper saying youve got 3 years to buy 85mill share ssplit between 0.6p and 0.8p...now if you want those shares you will pay me£595k...so i have managed to get the asset for £54,790...bear in mind if those options were at 0.2p would have got us £170k only....lol so effectively we've been told next placing is at 0.6p to 0.8p which consilium will buy.

the numbers dont lie:)

Trust Your Odometer? Blockchain Test Aims to Turn Tide on Car Tampering

""The scalability of blockchain is a potential inhibitor of the system, though, especially when it comes to fees like those seen on the bitcoin blockchain.

CarPass and the digital twin was first built using ethereum as the prototype, but the team eventually shifted to a newcomer platform called IOTA for the proof-of-concept.

Unlike other blockchains, IOTA's peer-to-peer Tangle network allows IoT devices to share data with no fees, said David Sonstebo, founder of IOTA, adding:

"You want to ensure that that data is completely tamper-proof and that is what any distributed ledger can bring. But IOTA can bring it in a unique way in the sense that it doesn’t get inhibited by fees and scaling limitations like regular blockchain."

In the proof-of-concept, IOTA manages the many transactions taking place at speed and keeps the costs down, while Bigchain captures and stores all the metadata from these transactions."

Indeed flash....again its only recently gone upto the current prices, with the
greatly improved prospects, so placing price is understandable looked at in that context.

I am very pleased with their progress so far.

now for the maths...

we pay consilium £649,790 for over 10% of satoshi pay...

we also give them options 42.5milx0.6p =£255k

and 42.5millx0.8=£340k

total =£595k for consilium to exercise thos eoptions back to us...

pmsl so we gave them £649,790 and they give us back £595,000

so technically we got the 10% satoshi off them for £54,790!!!!

agree we gave them our paper...and share price will be at the 1.5p range when they exercise...so think they will bank themselves £1mill???

lol but we have probably done one of the best deals in history imho:)

you cant even get a 1 bed flat for £54,790!!!!

tilly i would hit the buying now...keep some back if you really believe it will fall...but ive taken 2 mill blocks now as i dont think you will see those shares..those guys know satoshipay is $billion co...they wont sell at the lows...but you can wait...time will tell...ive bought now while most are looking around...the minute people see the light it will be too late...this is now the new low...people missed the 0.2 lows...the the 0.3 lows...now is the day they either buy or miss the sub 0.5p lows:)

Best to look at it in percentage terms hazl. Increased number of shares by approx 23.5% so no, not too bad.......but by far the most important issue is now owning nearly a third of one of the most exciting companies around.
