The total consideration for the Acquisition is EUR725,220 (approximately GBP649,790) payable in cash to Seedcoin Limited, a subsidiary of Coinsilium Group Limited ("Coinsilium") which is the existing holder of the SatoshiPay Sale Shares.

The Company has also agreed, conditional on completion of the Acquisition, to grant Coinsilium 85 million warrants over new Ordinary Shares, of which 42.5 million are exerciseable at a price of 0.6 pence per Ordinary Share (representing a premium of 200% in comparison to the Placing Price) and 42.5 million are exerciseable at a price of 0.8 pence share for a 3 year period from completion of the Acquisition (together the "Seller Warrants"). In addition, the Directors also propose to grant the CEO of the Company, Anthony Fabrizi, warrants over 25 million Ordinary Shares, exercisable at a price of 0.25 pence per Ordinary Share ("Director Warrants") for a period of 3 years.

Follow the Governments and business leaders for direction.
I think.
I was so interested when I realised Pay pal's CEO is influential on the Bilderberg meetings.
O f course that is always top secret!

Not in the least bothered anymore about the actions of today on an intraday level. We are all grown up and should treat this as a chance to learn a few things. BLU has been and will be a great INVESTMENT. we are all guilty of watching minute by minute, but once you have achieved your goal sit back and then enjoy the rewards. I am now very close to my goal, and no level of deramping or ramping is going to shift this holder.

You're welcome doodle... surprised to see bitcoin making a bit of a comeback but it's sure to take loads of twists and turns before it's over.
Our offering is very specific the nanopayments though,so I have high hopes.

Hazl good stuff buddy. They are accumulating. This is real test of patience up and down mms games, derampers doing there bit! Long and stong if you can or sell at will if you feel this not worth it.

Do look at those links though..........important things are happening in this space and perhaps winner takes all.

We cannot know final outcome we can only speculate.
That is reflected in the share-price.
