Beauty of cross fades is that it’s a simple way of adjusting the volume level mix over a clip duration.
Scissor cut to split the clip then add cross fade effect adjust volume to new level |

You don't think that extras like speech to text, pause elimination and rudimentary AI stuff that the likes of Scenery offers?
I don't know the market, so I'm in the dark.
Clearly there has to be differentiation between the basic, 'freebie' and the chargeable 'pro' product.
I'm curious as to what that might be. |
What I would like to see in the core editing part
1. The Player with its splurge track as a pop up window in the media browser useful for long video clips to select a section and clip to timeline
(No idea if they are looking at that)
2. Audio cross fades (like video transitions but for audio
3. Vertical video support
4. Copy and pasting the timeline
5 key frames
6 Colour looks ( perhaps)

Probably more Teams features maybe graphics templates for corporate house styles more sophisticated media management that will be needed with bigger storage more Team users and project tracking

plug-ins can have serious security issues ..so.. it isn't a case of taking in any plug-in and just accepting it... look at all the vulnerabilities something like WordPress has with all their plug-ins

Hard to say Joe. We aren't in their shoes. Last thing we and they want is to rush things out to keep us punters happy. I'm ok letting them get on with it at their pace. Without faith in the management there is no investment case. I've not come across any better investment case elsewhere to be honest. |

When people say that progress is slow they are really only concerned with the share price. If it was flying they wouldn't be posting such things. |
