If only it were that simple, bisiboy! Still, we're now through the 400p mark. Let's hope it holds.

Stan, think it's time to call an end to this. Not been in bisi for a while, about the time you were calling it over-valued - maybe 160 ish. Hope you haven't been short. I didn't think the share price would rise to such an extent. But it has, and that's about it really.

WCB: that forecast (Evolution's of 25 April) is still the only one I am aware of. If it is accurate, it puts BISI on a prospective PE of 11.38x for 2006, which doesn't seem too expensive. (But I would not claim to be an expert in mining shares either.)

By definition, the 'smart investors' can't have left a long time ago :-) The last 2006 eps estimate I saw (some time ago now) was for 34.5p. The results for the parent company, London and Associated Properties, are also delayed until 28/10 for the same reason (IFRS) as BISI's, and noone is suggesting that LAS, with its terrifically exciting shopping centre in Windsor, has something to hide from the market :-) IC, in saying 'Good value' on 22 July, thought reserves were 14m tonnes plus 12m in the Pegasus joint venture. But I suspect that 400p may be a hard hurdle to jump, sinply because of the price rise up to now.

Hi, Stan. Always nice to see you, but I'm not sure that the valuation of mining shares is really your thing. Remember what you said a year ago, when the price was 149.50p? "stan - 11 Sep'04 - 15:17 - 91 of 332 massively overvalued!!!" Today's price is 392.5p, up 162%. In this particular case, it seems that the smart investors are the ones who did not take your advice. :-)

remember IC recommended to take profits at 310p vague chatter of a bid only suggested a 350p take out price it's now over 390p they have only a fraction of the reserves that bisiboy suggests like myopia says - delayed results i reckon irrational exuberance is driving this share now the smart investors left a long time ago it could be heading for a big fall.

what the hell is driving the price of this one? Even an announcement of a delay in the results - usually a very bad sign - hasn't stopped the shares rising to an all time high. Any ideas anyone?

No can't seriously knock the IC, I have been a subscriber for years, got bookcases full of them! It looks as though we may just have a little breakout, yesterday was a new closing high having broke through resistance just over 300p. Good Luck GS

I reckon that today's 3% hike on very little volume has resulted in the closing bid equaling the previous high set a few weeks ago? The majority of today's trades being marked as MM to MM infers that there is not much stock about? Could be in for an interesting period. Good Luck GS

New advisor, Numis. Upbeat statement. Companies change advisor for a reason. I have said before, and still believe, that one day BISI will be involved in serious corporate activity (to the huge benefit of the share price). Global demand for energy, seen in soaring oil price, can only be good for BISI. AGM tomorrow.

Eh up DJ, how's tricks. This one came up on my "radar" over the weekend, so I had broke a rule and bought first thing Monday am. So in the blue today! The Evo numbers are quite staggering and if anything like correct there is quite a lot of upside left, PEG of about 0.13! Was a bit worried about the Cap Ex per share, but it is covered (only just) by cash flow. Does it always move around like this? Have Fun GS
