The fall in the share price continues with any sell.

A week today will be the update and all the usual excuses

There are only about 5 people left in so it shouldn't be difficult to work out!

Maybe it is Standen quietly dumping the stock he was paid in for that never-seen business review.

I wonder if the BoD have re-visited his review and taken him to task over why it was wrong - I very much doubt it, more likely to throw him another wad of shareholder money to try again.

Best of luck beg, I'd liked to have stayed the course myself but being Ebenezer Scrooge's last remaining descendant finally got me to bail out. :-)

I think Mr Mines needs to pay more attention to making the Stanelco RF side of the business thrive.

The hope that bio will take over from oil based plastic may eventually prove correct but it's going to take a very long time, even the governments 5p carrier bag tax doesn't differentiate between oil or bio, the result I think will be more plastic in the environment as the shoppers buy heavier plastic bags and still leave them at home as I believe has been the case in Ireland.

Yep a 3.5p drop on just 2000 sold and I wasn't able to do it automatically with the online trading system, had to be a negotiated trade.

Nothing you should know boldtrader I just felt it was time to bite the bullet and move on.

Not too badly hurt Beg as I said before a pocket money punt, overall since I first bought in back in the Stanelco days I'm about two grand down, up on the first tranch down about six grand on the second.

I think the company needs to be split, if the Stanelco side was let out on its own and didn't have the drag of the bio stuff I'd come back in.

The last trade showing was a 531 sell on the 22nd [an old holder with 3 of the 177 share exchange].

There are no trades showing a 3000 buy.

If you have bought them your broker may have fielded your purchase themselves.

Based on all known history of Mines & Standen - I am not expecting any positive news. If anything, I'm braced for the usual 'unexpected difficulties'....etc with maybe the low oil price to blame or some other immeasurable.

Certainly not seen a single director display even the slightest bit of optimism in their own stock by buying a share.Plenty of windows outside closed periods but not a penny invested.

Says it all in my book.

Even being where 25 Dec is a normal working day (and the Ex-pats have gone 'home' depriving me of kindred company), right now is a time for some reflection.

I met some 'good guys' here from the SEO days and later.
