I rarely look in here anymore as I hold no hope for shareholders. This is just a gravy train. What a f'ing disaster under the talented Mr Mines this has been. £10K a month. For what? Unbelievable!!!

The company almost down to cash value now but Mines keeps ahead of that by burning through cash like there's no tomorrow.

Now burning more than when they had the rental premises and all the other 'costs' than Mines handed over shareholder cash to clear.

So what is the cash burn on?

Mines paying himself and all the board of directors [what on Earth do they do all day? other than working out plans of how to milk more cash out of the company] and all the important 'Managing directors' who don't have any business to manage!

Mines will still be taking his £10k+ pm out of the business along with pension contributions and perks.

Why, when the business slowed in H2 2014 did BIOM not reduce staffing levels?

Too many snouts in the trough.

No wonder none of the board would risk a penny of their own funds on any shares and they are in possession of Standens consultancy review about the prospects for the business!

Seems a pretty lame RNS to me. More like a pre-curser to a fund raiser.

I think they have considered how on Earth they will ever get any interest and decided that, now that the TU is out of the way, they can start claiming business is on the up.

Standard Mines - hard facts say the business isn't there but between formal notifications to the market, he will claim, as he does in unofficial comments to shareholders, that things are improving.

Far from the first time Mines has told whoppers to PI's to mask the absolute failure.

At the EGM regarding the sale of BIOTEC he lied to my face.Told me there would be a meeting with shareholders to establish the intended way forward and then, once away from the EGM he completely reneged on that statement and ploughed on with giving Standen a bung for a report we never saw and that was obviously flawed as the business continues to fail and burn cash.

Straight out of the cash reserves into Mines & Standens pocket as has always been the case.

They have no shame but unfortunately no regulation either.

That is supposed to be Standens role but he is in the trough as much as Mines.

Don't see anyway back .... the business model doesn't work with the present board.

Sell the patents, sell the RF and close the business and return the monies to shareholders...this is the only way we will ever see a penny ...CROOKS !"!


I have a been told by the management that we have WON the grant however....officially the company are saying different ...one is wrong, either way if its come from the bod then they are duty bound not to miss guide others they can become liable.... maybe I should look to recoup my investment another way !!!
