rhomboid - more to it than your trade
Dummy orders show max sell 10k at 258 and max buy 1.5k at 274.9 vs quote of 255/275
Significant pressure to the upside currently

One or two waking up to potential significance of Director buy yesterday +8%

Actually I exaggerate it's more than one or two - 6 buys I can see and just 6k traded.

Nice to be off radar!

Yes and as a representative of the majority shareholder I assume he has a pretty good idea of where we are heading and the true value of the business. (presumably significantly North of 260p)
Remains my second largest holding

Dr Ospelt received £10k for his non-exec duties last year but has just spent £16.4k on his share purchases so he must have been impressed by something ..... comforting for us mere shareholders.

Non Exec Director buys a small personal holding

But he is on the Board of the majority shareholders who hold 60%

Not sure of significance, if any, but he was happy to pay up to 259p

Small market response into the close

The Mingy Machs have decided to shut up shop (online) even for 100 shares. Not to worry, I'm in no hurry and there's plenty of time to go before we should expect another announcement. BILN is one of few on my 'to buy' list currently.

Curses, I've been out all morning so missed that golden buying opportunity. I tried to buy a few moments ago and couldn't get an online quote at all!

I've no idea what game the Mingy Machs were playing. Totting up this morning's marks showed 11,257 sold, 10,046 bought leaving an overall sold position of just 1,211. And that warranted slashing the price!? I hope they play the same tomorrow when the shares go 'xd'!

So in theory we should see another 10p fall when they go ex div tomorrow. Perhaps folk thought it was the good old days when everything went ex on Wednesday in the UK market.

I did manage to attend, though not completely without incident - BILN don't seem accustomed to shareholders attending, let alone 2! (good to meet Rhomboid) :-) I will jot down some thoughts once I get a chance.

Give him a chance, it was only yesterday, if it is anything like his Robinson report we will be informed and entertained. Nothing from the Chairman to RNS was certainly predictable.

Doesn't seem to be a rush for this week's 10p dividend either...

After months and months we finally appear to be 'seller' free and some Pratt goes and calls a General Election. #cursed

I couldn't help myself, had to tuck a few more away just now with the price dipping slightly ahead of Monday's AGM ..... shouldn't it be heading in the other direction?

I see someone has snapped up 10 this morning.

However there is now over 5k available to buy and only 3k available to sell, so things have flipped around.

"BILN though seems to prefer low profile or more off the radar."

Me to!?
Because the quickest way to realise the maximum value is from a take out.
The three key ingredients for quoted stocks are imo:-
Undervalued (obviously!)and off radar - but growing with a relatively low PE and high Yield
A strong balance sheet with net cash and tangible assets representing over 50% of MC
A major controlling shareholder who might be tempted by an all cash offer

I've had lots of take outs over the years and they all looked a lot like BILN in terms of the 3 key ingredients above!

And while we are waiting - a decent 4% yield on offer plus likely capital growth given forecast PE below 10!
