i see the companys commitment to provide quarterly nav updates seems to have weakened! Wonder if thats cos its gone down even from the calamitous 38p as at 30th june - looking at ERX, i'm prepared to bet it has!!!

The Company was advised on 5 September 2005 that following purchases by Stephen
Desmond Wicks and his pension fund, he is the beneficial owner of 900,000
Ordinary Shares of 20 pence, representing to 8.6% of the issued share capital.
It is held as follows Wicks Pension Fund 775,000 shares and Stephen Wicks
125,000 shares.

CC - not defending or critising management, just stating facts as usual. Nevertheless, if you look at cash in bank at last interims ~£39k and money owning i.e. creditors of over £1million. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure that the company will need another placing or sell down more stock.

as per usual pmeas is getting his/her facts wrong. Hoskins purchased Billam AG as a shell, i.e. the assets had been transfered to billam plc in exchange for cash. This has not yet been paid and is recorded in Billam plc's accounts and a loan note still outstanding, i.e billam plc owe billam ag money. Canford cliffs - this is no great scandal as this information has been available since buy-out took place.
