22/2/2006 17:05 | Just a quick question to see if anyone has had the same experience. Every time we ring Billam's offices, Angus is in a "meeting"... Perhaps we can carry out our own time and motion study. Please log any "in a meeting" replies that you get and the time of the call and then at the EGM we can ask what Angus has to show for all these meetings, somehow I don't imagine its profits for shareholders!!!! LOL | hollyhock

22/2/2006 01:10 | and the price goes over"Canford" LOL! | bearable
21/2/2006 12:53 | agreed.............. | canford cliffs
21/2/2006 11:50 | We have to support the new people.....the present directors have no confidence in their own company...they have proved this by having a relatively small holding considering how low the share price has been and how easily they could have built up at least 50% of the company between them. | johndee
21/2/2006 11:48 | Wicksey............. 18/2/2006 15:33 | Can you honestly see the board surviving this vote. I would appreciate some input here because this shareprice might suddenly nosedive given the wrong result. | ant15
18/2/2006 07:56 | johndee............. | canford cliffs
17/2/2006 23:36 | I sent an email to the present directors and they replied saying that i have to wait for their letter to all the shareholders after I asked them why I should back them when I paid £50,000 for shares now worth less then £10,000. | johndee
17/2/2006 21:49 | Actually, the board of Billam plc agreed to pay "the ex Billam director" for the assets of Billam AG, leaving an empty shell. The money is still owning and I believe forms a not inconsiderable part of the long term liabilities shown on the balance sheet. If the claim to call and EGM is valid, I for one will look forward to it with relish :-) | hollyhock
16/2/2006 17:31 | From the EGM requisition notice it is clear that the recent buyer, Wicks, is acting in concert with the people trying to throw out the board. This surely is going to go through - holders only have to think where these shares were and indeed would be, if it weren't for the buying by Mr Wicks... In my humble opinion, the board are toast. It may also explain why Billam AG just bought a few more shares in Billam as presumably they want to try and support the current board... | scrapheap
16/2/2006 13:15 | only just seen the rns, my only comment is about time too | scrapheap
16/2/2006 12:02 | at least they are a long established company with £72m market cap............they may be interested in my other dog from dotcom days, ART, lol! | canford cliffs
