EV at around £14m suggests the market thinks the business is going to go bust rather than profits of £4m+ and strong cashflow. I just can't see it myself as to a large extent with the maintenance contracts and their client base I would expect the business to be pretty resilient. Disappointing that the management haven't made a statement about the effect of COVID-19 to just clarify things. Think this could end up being a great recovery play from these levels.

If the share price holds up the board won't be able to resist having another placing. The balance sheet still looks terrible. It will be interesting to see how much of the Dunham business they will keep now that the founder and son have left. Purdy remains a good business. I'm a holder of Western Selection so I hope Bilby can return to profitable growth.

Think this will trend higher IMO...DYOR, but 2020 debt reduction, improvement in margin with new leadership team, much more cohesive group approach as indicated, EBTIDA heading back towards previous highs....let's see, but no reason IMO this can't start to trend back to 40-50p in the first instance....DYOR
