13/9/2018 08:05 | So why don't existing shareholders get a chance to buy shares at a discount by way of a rights issue? | ygor705

21/11/2017 07:50 | Had these for 8 years now. Today's results another reminder as to why. Storage don't date, go off or go out of fashion. | undervaluedassets
13/6/2017 09:40 | this looks suspect today. Asagi (long BYG) | asagi
23/5/2017 08:07 | steady she goes. Nothing flashy.. good results ... with growth in occupancy across the board. A great stock to own in these difficult times. . Poor Manchester. | undervaluedassets
19/4/2017 08:06 | Steady appreciation after medium term weakness in share price is making sense to me. Election neutral . Brexit neutral. | weemonkey
25/11/2016 20:33 | Dog of dogs this one. QP | quepassa
22/11/2016 10:44 | Storage as a business is a steady one. And this one the best in UK Has underperformed UKX by 25% this year. Results were just fine. I have been here a long time and happy to continue to be here for the progressive divi and the asset back balance sheet. | weemonkey
22/11/2016 10:12 | Not too shabby at all. The whole sector seems to keep on steadily growing. I see that they have taken over Lock and Leave (4 sites) so that is one fewer competing brand. I speculated elsewhere (TMF) that the UK is way behind the US in take-up of self storage. With a mature market over there and a devalued pound over here, it's not inconceivable that they could take an interest in UK storage. Bets hedged with holdings in BYG and LOK (SAFE a bit pricey for me at the moment). | pulsey
22/11/2016 08:17 | Very steady results - which fly in the face of recent poor share price performance. | undervaluedassets
21/11/2016 16:25 | Both Lok'n'Store and Safestore have recently reported excellent results. Here's hoping for more of the same... | pulsey
21/11/2016 15:38 | Their price seems so closely linked to builders plus an assumed lack of movement in the second hand housing marketYield here is tasty | nfs
21/11/2016 12:00 | I have bought today. According to this announcement: results are tomorrow, 22nd November. Asagi (long BYG) | asagi
26/7/2016 07:42 | BYG is the dominant player in storage in UK. Current share price looks like buy window here. Nothing is certain - but a stalwart in hesitant markets. | undervaluedassets
21/7/2016 15:43 | Interim management statement tomorrow for Q1 to June. Hopefully it will be good news & relatively unaffected by the referendum, after all they state themselves that their market is resilient through downturns & sector growth is positive, with increasing domestic demand. | mortimer7
19/7/2016 09:54 | Storage Brexit neutral surely. Nice price for the mo. | undervaluedassets
24/5/2016 16:52 | Maybe £9 after analyst meetings | nfs
24/5/2016 09:56 | Rock solid results. With the squeeze on Housing in general + the trend of building ever smaller homes the need for storage is only going to go one way. This company does a great job of meeting that need. Great balance sheet | undervaluedassets
12/5/2016 13:34 | cheers rik | 2flatpack
11/5/2016 19:32 | Got my interim in 2 parts 17/1/16 and tax credit in ISA on 17/3/16 through TDW. Next results due 24/5. | rik shaw
11/5/2016 12:33 | What has happened to the Interim Divi? I saw in the RNS 17.11.15 6 months ending 30 Sept.2016. It stated Interim divi up 16% to 12.1p/share. Am I missing something. Cheers | 2flatpack |
