Leave him with his theory of control. It’s his character flaw and the plot will test it.

There is likely to be a fundraise this year regardless of whether revenues are or are not forthcoming so PWhite the grand master of fundraising will be proven correct with his theory that spans 365/24/7. That’s just maths.

The fundraise announcement has been as allusive as any other announcement sadly for P. His theory belongs on the insanity board.

Agreed Andy,

The process is as you have stated. PW is and has been incorrect for months on how any Placing works.

The Broker is also obligated to send you a 'Market Sounding' email that explains your obligation and that you must agree to keep any information confidential. This email will also copy the Brokers Compliance officer.

I have received a couple this week and happy to send a skeleton if PW continues to insist he is correct.

I have had confirmation that Bidstack have NOT issued any new shares (other than new option issuance and the exercise of options vested) since the last Placing - I believe May 2019.

I was commenting on that RNS specifically, in reply to a previous poster that referred to it.


I do not think forward selling of placings occurs over the time length you do, I don't think that's how it works at all.


I think that once the book building starts, people with old fashioned brokers are advised of the placing, agree to participate, and then naked short (forward sell) the same amount of shares so that the lower priced placing covers their naked position in the market, guaranteeing them an easy profit.


The NWOG highlighted this, there was no suggestion that shares had been forward sold over an extended period at all.

fudge/Andy. What's wishy washy?. The company has been feeding you these vacuous non-commercial announcements since day one. What's happened is that since the Shareprophets articles and my take on why I think they are placing stock the pair of you have wised up. Nothing short of hard evidence will suffice now. What you want to read is ' Bidstack has signed a contract with company X for £million '.

Enough of this negativity to feed the Zombies.EA are going to be MASSIVE in CHINA.And it will be with TENCENT.But, just like it's said to 'trust the process', it seems that EA and Respawn Entertainment have like always put up with their name and word and officially confirmed in their Q3 report that they have joined hands with a Chinese Developer to work on a mobile version of Apex Legends which will be available for play around the globe..#ZEBRA

Today this agency(FCC) finally announced that this was a violation of the law. Millions and millions of Americans use a wireless device every day and didn't sign up for or consent to this surveillance. It's a shame that it took so long for the FCC to reach a conclusion that was so obvious.'.Given that there was apparent reluctance by the FCC to get involved in the saga in the first place, it will be interesting to see how much of a punishment is dolled out. Chairman Pai has traditionally been a friend of the telcos, but to keep the public on side, he might have to make a political call to punish appropriately..The new PPI ?
