NDA?.JD: 'I have to watch what I'm saying' and ' I cant say too much'.Sounds like he has signed a NDA.Still no sign of him at an 'ACTUAL' event

Although testing our patience, obviously, as investors I suppose you do have to give benefit of doubt to JD and the BOD. It could be that at this present moment not a lot can be said because of NDAs. If that is the case, and JD put a statement together which makes comments like, I cant divulge any further at this stage, then we would be moaning about another wishy washy statement. Only thing I can suggest, no matter how difficult, is Keep the faith. As LTHs that's all we can do right now, apart from sell obvs. GLA

Lauders. Agree with you. I think the BOD are behaving with utter contempt. This as gone on for months and months now. I think an rns update, to stipulate what the plan is, and what progress is being made, is long overdue!

Correct Girdz - Generic chit chat is well and good but what investors (shareholders) and the market NEED is actual official news via an RNS. This radio-silence is not what any of the former want and for BID's BOD to continue in this way is quite amazing really. There had better be a really good explanation when the silence is broken!

They need to raise funds. The share price is deliberately kept low to entice new buyers. Holders and sellers don't provide new funds for a company only buyers do. The trouble with a raised share price is that it deters buyers and encourages some holders to put their shares up for sale. That's not what the brokers want at this delicate stage. The only cheap shares for sale must be the ones that raise fresh cash from a placing.

in the absence of anything else I would like to see the trades move back above 10p to continue the narrowing of the fluctuating range since new year. Anyone looking in should at least be reassured that in the absence of newsflow, the share price is stabilising and appears to be resisting any further significant falls.
