I think you'll find that everyone who is positive here owns shares in the company, everyone who is a bit nervous and wants clarification of doubts owns shares in the company.....

everyone who is here to altruistically advise us of the error of our ways and the failure of the company and aim in general is a paid deramper who cannot be bothered to understand the business because they have no interest in it beyond pushing the share price down. No other reason to post here.

Don't worry I won't be hanging around here because this is an open and shut case. Even in the podcast of 24/12/2019 JD talks about revenues starting from Q3 2020 onwards. So you've already been informed of six months of no revenues. BIDS would currently be forward selling the next placing. So if you're buying today at 12p given what has gone on over the last three weeks the placing is likely to be at about 5p.

People are paid to ramp stocks and to drum up support for AIM companies to facilitate placings. I have called a few out myself.

However I'm not convinced people are paid to deramp stocks. This is because AIM companies are the most effective derampers of their own stocks just by reporting continual losses, profit warnings, discount placings, death spiral funding and director share sales. Furthermore the only people who short AIM stocks are those behind the discount placings for only they know for sure 100% the stock will fall. Everybody else if ever allowed is taking a huge and dangerous gamble. I will speak no more on the subject of ramps and deramps.

I agree best to ignore Pwhite, Girdz. The Whales who are now advising BIDS are an infinately better source and they are saying the opposite of PWhites rantings. He comes across as one of the more amatuer shorters.

How I have explained things is exactly what is going on and is the brutal truth as much as you don't like hear it. It is no different from any other market AIM micro-caps try to break into where majors already have a presence.

What JD has told you puts a much brighter light and positive spin on events. It is his job as CEO to sell the company to potential customers, potential partners and its shareholders.

Best just to ignore PWhite. Here to disrupt. .Regular posters will notice we get a new resident deramper about once a month. PWhite is the latest. .Next month be some one new. No shareholding, just here to say how rubbish bids is. .Honestly the work some people go to put down a stock despite no interest beggars belief. .

Your talking Gladys Knight Bidstack Group plc (AIM: BIDS.L), the in-game advertising group, is pleased to announce it has extended its multi-year partnership with Sports Interactive, Sega's world leading developer of football management simulations, by a further three years giving Bidstack exclusive rights to serve native in-game ads to the advertising inventory within Football Manager..Dr. Tom Markham, Head of Strategic Business Development at Sports Interactive said, "We're delighted to put pen to paper on a new deal with Bidstack. But you start off by stating Bids ‘buy’ the inventory from the Games developer... is that true?

You are the misleading one here - dig your ‘facts’ out of any RNS.

There are no known issues with the tech as far as I'm aware. The live issue here is who takes the financial risk to trial this new advertising model in the games industry. The games developer, BIDS or the ad agencies?. That is where you at as of today. It is also the reason why no revenue was earned for 2019. It is also the reason why the latest deal announced was so vague a follow up was required which was just as vague as the original RNS.

Something else you also have to bear in mind is this. Unless a company is prepared to spend additional amounts on advertising all new contracts require the termination of old and trusted ones. Directors, shareholders and the banks have to be convinced the change to a new advertising model will bring immediate returns to the company or they won't switch.

BIDS does not have the capital to prove up its model to ad agencies so it is essentially relying on them to take the risk. That is the problem.
