Log, definitely your opinion and not facts. Only JD knows that, and if we get plan A over the line in Q1 it would suggest your opinion was wrong. Would also mean 40p in double quick time so fingers crossed ehh!

Algw ALGW @1.80Mcap 3.40 MillionA no brainer investment A few points to summarise:Approval of $100m facility due any day and how it will multiply to purchasing of $500m worth of life Insurance policies::: ALGW will be earning 1.50% yearly management fee and a performance fee of 20% on gains beyond 7%Average 5 year gains verified by KPMG 16.2%( just workout that out)...How $100m multiplies to $500m.. as explained by Danny Swickyoutu.be/i_iquXWTizY "..So, for example, let's say there is a $1million life insurance policy and we run it through our model and we determine that the policy is worth $200K then, in this example, we would pay that individual who owns the policy $200K. We would project our premium stream for the next 8 years. So the estimate for that is approximately $240K and when that individual passes away then we collect the $1million death benefit. So our gross profit on that is $560K..""We collect" above means "we collect on behalf of our investor(s)"Alpha will use the credit facility to purchase policies, aggregate them and sell them. The investor(s) buys the policy product and pays the premiums via Alpha Growth. The money Alpha used to purchase the policies is then available to repeat...Market & opportunities1. Alpha has probably the top life settlements market maker, Danny Swick, with $8Billion of trading experience.2. Alpha with SLIM has in-house actuarial expertise specific to life policies - a quality not found in usual settlement businesses3. The above two points are validated in the progress towards $100million credit facility4. Points 1&2 are inlet and processing. Austin King, with extensive connections has been brought in for the outlet; the sales.5. KPMG has validated a 16.2% annualised return on this uncorrelated asset6. "this uncorrelated asset": the asset class is not affected by general market7. Alpha has structured a tax-efficient system which will bring in global investors8. Black Oak fund has already received commitments for seed capital of $15 million9. The market is absolutely massive at $19Trillion with $57Billion policies lapsing each year10. Only $2.8Billion of policies are settled each year. The $57Billion lapsing is there to be taken.11. The market will climb over the next 10years as baby boomers retire12. Note the wave retiring is more tech-savvy, internet dependent: ideal for targeted marketing13. Point 12 also means that social media / marketing will build life settlement awareness14. Perhaps THE key point: Life settlement is a great option, far better than surrender or lapsing15. The $100million credit facility could be used to buy $500m of face value and repeated 4x per year16. 1.5% management fee and a performance fee of 20% on gains beyond 7%Average 5 year gains verified by KPMG 16.2%...17. Alpha has assembled the best in class to manage this specialist businessThis market is increasing. Success breeds success. Awareness of the life settlement option is building.Legislation is already present in 6 states to ensure life policy holders are made aware of the settlement option.......

Overkill.

A recent post then, and the first I remember.

Do you think it was a massive own goal to say bids is a sham company? Will you get a gold star this week? Be careful you don't try to get too clever here, cause remember you're here for the moronic ott doom mongering. Everybody knows G man and logs have the high end, and you must stick to script. Freedom to be stupifyingly negative comes with a cost though, should you get it wrong.

Be careful.

But your argument is blown out of the water imo because we now know we are looking at an M&A event and the plan has been to lower the shareprice to as low as possible to allow for accumulation .They only need to place 48M shares to give an interested party 20%($3.36M @ 7p).The beauty of having only a small amount of shares in issue.

I am not asking you to believe me. I'm stating easily verifiable facts. JD lied because he allowed everyone to think all was on track and BIDS would hit revenue numbers when clearly he knew otherwise. FACT. He also helped via Vox and other channels deceive people into thinking that revenue would be met knowing full well there was no chance. FACT. He sold a very material number if shares into a beey high share price off the back of this. FACT.

All this is indisputable and in the public domain. Don't take my word for it just listen to old podcasts or read his rubbish on LinkedIn.

----------
But we can't believe you either log....so let's give it a rest.

Bidstack have never mentioned they are under NDA with regards to the upfront deal. You are making that part up, and that part is the basis of your argument in that message.

This TW gang need to recruit brighter trolls.

throwingmuses - "First post you said bids were a sham company."

No the first post I made was on the 15 August 2019. Another BB sent me a private message asking me to comment on BIDS as he was now invested there. See my reply below.

PWhite73 - 15 Aug 2019 - 07:11:06 - 6898 of 20091 BE DEEP-STACKED WITH BIDSTACK GROUP !!! - BIDS

To issue and RNS claiming they've signed a contract with AppNexus should set alarm bells ringing everywhere. It reminds me of when MTV (Motive Television) issued an RNS stating its app had been sent to Apple for approval. It was meant to imply the company was on talking terms with Apple Inc when all that was happening was that they were putting their app in the Apple store. MTV is now dead.

This company issues lots and lots of RNS but nothing of commercial value. At £67 million it is about ten times overvalued. Slowly but surely its price will come down as those who participated in the last placing sell their stock at 100% gains.

BIDS do have something but nothing to justify the market cap and nothing that the bigger players cannot replicate forcing BIDS out of the market and fairly quickly to.

Be careful.
